This cozy and characteristic one-bedroom flat is located on the second floor of an ancient building. The apartment is bright and elegant and has been furnished with distinctive refinements. The design is modern and functional but some period characteristics such has the stone fireplace and the beam ceiling have been maintained to create a charming atmosphere. The apartment has been recently redecorated with wooden floors. It comprises a large living room with sofa bed for two, a fully-equipped kitchenette an double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The apartment offers a wonderful location on a quiet street of Trastevere and easy access to the local amenities. You can also reach most of the main touristic sites walking. This is the perfect choice if you are looking for a stylish and comfortable accommodation in the heart of the popular Trastevere.

We had a great time in Rome and this apartment met most of our needs.... Lucrezia and Mario from the rental agency were incredibly helpful and addressed all of our needs promptly. The apartment was clean and in a great location. It is situated on the 2nd floor (no elevator which was fine for us) in a cute building on a quiet street. All major attractions were within walking distance; as were many restaurants, markets and public transportation.
As clean and cute as the apartment is, I would not stay here again - especially during the summer. Unfortunately, only 1 window (in the living room) can be opened, creating poor air circulation and ventilation on a hot summer day. Both the bedroom and living area have a small air conditioner attached to the windows; but they are loud and underpowered. We had trouble sleeping at night because of the heat and stuffiness of the apartment OR because of the noisy AC. The bathroom has no ventilation; creating an enhanced 'muggy' feeling in the bedroom after the shower is used.
The kitchen is nice to have however, I found it to be missing key kitchen tools (i.e. cutting board, sharp knives, towels etc.)
On a positive note, the washer was very nice to have, the apartment was clean and perfectly spacious for 3 people. Again, Weekey Rentals was very helpful and even arranged a car to the airport! Thank you.
I can't give this apartment 5 stars, but our visit to Rome was certainly a 5 star experience! We had a great time and will return again soon!
My husband and I stayed here while in Rome for our honeymoon and it was a great stay! We had a car pick us up at the train station through Weekey and dropped us off to meet Emanuella, our contact for the time of our stay, to show us the apartment. Great apartment in a great location for food and walking to some of the sites.
Emanuella was very nice and she was there if we needed anything! She helped us with local information when we got there like the grocery stores and her favorite places to eat.
We would definitely recommend this apartment while staying in Rome!
We loved how the Vicolo Leopardo had a nice, neighborhood feel to it, yet we were close to everything we wanted. Excellent restaurants, right on the same block and just around the corner, and easy access to public transportation (we bought a 7-day pass and used the bus and tram frequently to get around). We are also craft beer drinkers, so we were pleasantly surprised to find a couple of excellent bars with Italian craft beers (Bir and Fud, and Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa), just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. All in all, just a beautiful setting in Trastevere, such a beautiful part of Rome!
No problem with the bedding, towels, or carpet, although it would have been nice if the towel warmer worked, and if the sofa was a bit more comfortable. We also especially appreciated the private car and driver being available to pick us up early to take us to the airport at 4 a.m.
We had a very nice stay. The unit was nice. The location in Trastevere was great too.
Accurate description of the property. Located in the middle of Travastere with easy walk to Ponte Sistino and central Rome. Well equipped kitchenette. Quiet. Comfortable bed in bedroom. Two couches in living room ? pull out. Space is great for one or two people but would be claustophobic for three or four. Emanuelle, the property manager through a local organization called Weekey, was helpful, courteous and punctual. The rug in the living area is disgusting as were the bed covers and blankets. As a rental property owner myself, I strongly recommend buying a new area rug, bed covers and blankets at IKEA. Probably would not rent this again without these improvements.
We stayed at this lovely apartment for 3 nights. The management was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was just as the pictures showed, warm and welcoming. It is located perfectly, on a quiet residential street, right around the corner from many restaurants and shops, and a short walk across the river to Rome. They provided basic, and appreciated toiletries (unlike some of the locations we stayed at). The beds and living area were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.
While Rome seduces with its extraordinary monuments, Trastevere captures the traveler's heart. It is the most authentic and characteristic District within the Historic Center, the perfect place to glimpse the old world while enjoying the lifestyle of today's Romans. Often described as Bohemian, Trastevere maintains its character thanks to the old, narrow, winding, cobblestone streets. Homes decorated with flower boxes and clinging ivy interlace with coffee bars, restaurants, and one-of-a-kind boutiques.
The apartment is located in one of those small streets, next to the river and few meters away from the Tiberina Island. Thanks to its strategic location, you can reach within walking distance many astonishing places such as Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Imperial Forum, the Coliseum and the Spanish Steps. Following the river Tiber for 15 minutes you may reach the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel. Passing through this magical place, senses are pleasantly awakened with every step.
