Free Garage Parking, one block over. Saving you daily parking fees.

This Loft is the ideal location for getting acquainted with the city. The outdoor courtyard with fountain is the perfect place for afternoon drinks, or morning coffee. The famous High Cotton Restaurant is also located within the building. There also free private wifi access. We also have two flat screen tv's 40' with wifi blue ray player, that can access the internet, and netflix. You can watch your own Netflix account from the loft.

The History, Architecture, Shopping, Night Life, and more are all waiting for your special visit to Charleston.

Great - as described

The Loft is awesome, as described in the posting! Perfect location within walking distance to great bars, brunch places, and staple sights of Charleston. Ashton was helpful in setting us up for an easy check in. After staying in a heinous place in Outer Banks that was not as described and very unbecoming, this place was very pleasant! Would definitely come back and reccomend to friends. My only qualm would be the place could use a dehumidifier.

Quaint loft warmly decorated

Loved the unit and location. A beautiful courtyard below is perfect for drinks or coffee in the morning. Centrally located, the loft is a short walk or inexpensive UBER drive to anywhere downtown. We loved it!

Owner's Response: Hello, thank you for the comments, we deep clean in the spring, fall, and winter. I will make sure the housekeeping addresses any items. The free parking spot is a major advantage, it saves our guests $25 daily. The free wifi is also a bonus. We truly are steps from everything, and a great courtyard to enjoy.
