Free Garage Parking, one block over. Saving you daily parking fees.

This Loft is the ideal location for getting acquainted with the city. The outdoor courtyard with fountain is the perfect place for afternoon drinks, or morning coffee. The famous High Cotton Restaurant is also located within the building. There also free private wifi access. We also have two flat screen tv's 40' with wifi blue ray player, that can access the internet, and netflix. You can watch your own Netflix account from the loft.

The History, Architecture, Shopping, Night Life, and more are all waiting for your special visit to Charleston.

2 flat screen tvs, Wifi blue ray player, that will allow you access to your own netflix acct. DVD player in bedroom loft, Double size sleeper sofa, with extra soft pillow top matress. Plush 17' pillow top queen bed in the loft bedroom. Full kitchen.

We appreciated the new mattress. Helen and I both prefer firm mattresses and this one was much better than the old soft one. We slept much better. Also, the new combination lock is so much easier than the old key box. :)

Great place! Close to everything in Charleston! Property had a nice Loft and Big Kitchen! Also had free Parking! Will rent again soon. I have already told 3 friends about the property. I cant wait to go back!

Great location

Stayed 3 nights in mid February. Apartment location was perfect, free parking space a block away was very helpful. Apartment had everything we needed, although the new coffeemaker was without filters.

Bathroom is upstairs in the loft, so that was a minor inconvenience--but I needed the extra exercise after eating so much incredible food. Operating the TV remote was a bit confusing the first time. Arriving after dark it was a little unclear which building entrance to come in and where to unload the car. All in all it was really great.

Owner's Response: Hello, We provide a great space in a great location. We try to make everyone's stay a fun stay. Just to address some items, the coffee maker has a screen system, no need for paper filters. We have Comcast cable & Wifi, the little Comcast remotes are the ones to use for the tvs. We provide very clear check in directions and a map of the property in which to follow. This is why its important for guests to print and take with them the check in directions. Charleston is such a amazing city. Come visit!

Mixed property of time share and owned apartments.

Clean apartment w/ cool style. Upstairs is loft with queen bed and bathroom. Great location - so close to everything. Would visit again. Only negative is couldn't get internet to work.

Had a wonderful Christmas holiday

This condo is lovely and has everything you would need. It is also in the heart of the downtown area so it is easy to get around by walking but the condo provides free parking just 2 blocks away if you are driving to the many wonderful sights outside the French quarter. It has a lovely courtyard outside to drink your coffee or sip your wine. Working with the owner was very easy.
