New, this charming duplex does not miss assets: attached, this duplex has a terrace on stilts secluded, private, south-exposed (perfect for breakfast!).

A separate entrance offers access to a modular living room with sofa (2 seats), dining table and an open fully equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, small appliances ...). The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which features a walk-in shower. Upstairs, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.

Campagne et mer

Logement bien équipé avec une jolie terrasse. Bien situé, entre campagne et mer. Promenade au bord de la Rance ou sur la côte Saint Malo (route du rhum) Cancale, Dinard ou plus loin Saint Cast le Guildo et bien d'autres que nous découvrirons une prochaine fois.

Location au top et idéalement située

Location idéalement située à la campagne mais très bien placée par rapport aux principaux points de visite (St Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Mont Saint Michel...) Accueil au top de Laurence. On sent qu'elle adore sa région et nous a été très bonne conseillère pour que notre séjour soit optimisé au mieux. Logement propre et efficace. Jardin très bien entretenu et super agréable.

Agréable séjour dans un cadre magnifique

Très bon accueil de la part de Laurence. Disponible, attentionnée mais discrète. De bons conseils pour les sites à visiter ou à découvrir. Le gîte est attenant à la maison principale mais de part sa disposition il est quasi indépendant. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre Saint Malo et le Mont Saint Michel, Dinar et plein de petits parcours en bord de mer. Nous reviendrons car la région est riche de découvertes.

Très bien

Nous avons été reçus par Laurence qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour notre séjour avec les visites à ne pas rater. Bien que proche de notre location Laurence a su rester discrète et nous l'en remercions.

Logement très bien agencé et fonctionnel situé parfaitement pour les balades ou les visites

Très bon accueil. Propriétaires arrangeants sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Logement spacieux et très fonctionnel. Terrasse agréable bien isolée. Emplacement pour voiture et même pour les vélos. A recommander pour des balades sur voies vertes, balades à la plage à courte distance et visites de villes superbes. DINAN, St BRIAC, , St LUNAIRE, DINARD, SAINT-MALO etc..
