The house is located on the eastern plains of Aleria, in a quiet dead end, in a family neighborhood.

- 2 bedrooms, each 12m2 with a double bed (new mattresses 160X200).
- 1 bathroom

- New fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher)
- 1 living room with fireplace

On 1st floor:
- 8m2 1 bedroom with a single bed of 90 x (new bedding)
- 8m2 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (new bedding).
- 1 bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.

Interest in Aleria: Sea 4km (5 minutes drive), diane pond, pond of Urbino, archaeological museum and ancient site of Aleria, equestrian center, karting.
Restaurants on the beach with kayak rentals, pedal boat, paddle ...
U Tavignanu river 5 minutes walk from the house with the possibility of kayak rental in the summer.
Horseback riding 5 minutes drive.

The shops are 5m walk from the house (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, large-surface fishing shop, several pubs with terraces ...).
Bicycle path completely off the road connecting the center of the city of Aleria at the beach.

Riesen Grundstück, tolles Haus, super Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin

Vorab, das Haus ist super groß, wir waren zu siebt und hatten niemals auch nur ansatzweise Platzprobleme! Unsere Kinder waren, wenn wir nicht unterwegs waren, immer draußen und hatten auf dem riesigen Grundstück immer und überall die Möglichkeit, um das Haus herum, zu spielen. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein großer Supermarkt und dennoch hat man immer das Gefühl der Ruhe und Abgelegenheit gehabt. Wir waren rundum super glücklich und können es nur jedem empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war nie ein Problem, sie war super freundlich und das Haus war schön sauber, als wir es bezogen haben. Wir haben uns definitiv die Option offen gelassen, wieder zu kommen, da die Erfahrungen, die wir hier machen durften, rundum mehr als zufriedenstellend waren! Daumen hoch und bis zum nächsten Mal :)

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes, gut ausgestattetes Haus in Aleria

Ruhig, sauber und zentral gelegen, Supermarkt 5 Min., Strand 15 Min. mit dem Auto. Gute Anbindung, um Corte zu besuchen (ca. 40 Min. mit Auto). Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine... Leider kein WLAN. Einziges Manko: Tür der Toilette im Erdgeschoss schließt nicht gut, weiterhin auch keine Möglichkeit, diese abzusperren. Hautür schließt auch nur, wenn man abschließt. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, persönlicher, sehr freundlicher Empfang und Übergabe. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Excellent séjour!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est très agréable à vivre et spacieuse. La maison est au calme mais proche des commerces et de la mer, très bien située pour sillonner la Corse. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la terrasse qui entoure la maison ainsi que le grand terrain pour nous pour les BBQ et pour notre petit chien!! Merci aux propriétaires pour l'accueil et les bons conseils de coins à visiter.
