Upon entering the smart (electronic) home you will find a spacious open plan great room, with access to the beach deck. There are seating and dining areas plus a well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Through the hall there is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. Also a powder room.

On the 2nd floor there is a tv room with seating for 6 and a 62” LG television. The large master suite with king bed has a 55” Roku television. Both areas have views of the pacific. There is also a laundry room.

The third floor features 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom with views of the pacific and harbor.

Enjoy clean water with the whole house backwashing and conditioning filters. For your convenience most lighting has Alexa voice control. There is further automation of lighting, heating and fans. Fiber optic internet provides speeds of up to 500 kbps up and down.

Very strict HB license! Maximum 8 people allowed on the property including outdoor areas and decks. (Select visitors allowed by prior arrangement.) No parties, no weddings, no events, no exceptions. Violation of this rule will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund.
