All rooms in our 3rd floor apartment benefit from long hours of sunshine and our little balcony looks over the city rooftops and the Four Courts Dome toward the Dublin Mountains. Overlooking the internal gardens and with no road frontage our cosy and luxurious bedrooms will guarantee a peaceful nights sleep to prepare our guests for long days of sightseeing, shopping and exploring our wonderful city.

Perfect

This apartment was exactly as advertised and was just perfect for our 3 night stay in Dublin. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped while providing easy access to

anywhere in the city. Bernadette met us upon arrival and saw to it that we were settled and comfortable. Prior to our arrival Bernadette provided a very detailed and welcomed information package that answered our every question and more!

I would highly recommend this rental and will look no further should we return to Dublin in the future. Thank you Bernadette.

Clean, comfortable, and well-situated!

Two of us spent 4 nights here and found it a perfect base for exploring Dublin. All the sites of the central city are within a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment, so while there were plenty of taxis around, we never needed one until the morning we left for the airport. Not surprisingly, it rained a little every day, so the umbrellas were a much appreciated touch. The rooms are all clean and everything works as it should. Having a kitchen in the apartment and a grocery nearby gives some options & flexibility. It's a quiet neighborhood and we slept better here than at home! Bernadette was on holiday herself while we were there, so we didn't get to meet her, but her communication was frequent and full of helpful information well in advance of our arrival.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Bernadette, the owner, was so nice and helpful when we arrived. She met us out front as we couldn't find the

driveway entrance to apartments. She very kindly came out ,found our car and got in to direct us !

She also provided Apple tart ,milk,juice and coffee so we would have breakfast on our first morning!

She also had advice on shopping and restaurants in the area. There are plenty of options for both within walking distance of apartment.

The building is very nice and the apartment is gorgeous. Decor is lovely. Attention to detail is evident in the amenities provided. My daughters reallu enjoyed the balcony and sat out om it every day. It was a quiet and secure location. I would definitely stay here again!

The inside apartment was gorgeous. Very clean and everything needed to be extremely comfortable.

My wife and two teenage daughters had an amazing visit in Dublin and enjoyed the lovely, clean, and found the apartment was very well stocked with all supplies needed for our stay. We found the apartment located close to what we needed and walked most of the time unless a taxi was needed. We were greeted by the owner who was a jewel. We toured Ireland two weeks, Scotland one week. Thank You.

Located in a quiet and secure residential apartment complex our property is adjacent to Smithfield Square in the heart of Dublin 7. We are within easy walking distance of many of the main city attractions such as Trinity College, Temple Bar, the Guinness Store House, Dublinia and Dublin Zoo. The Luas (Light Rail) Station is just around the corner from the apartment and this connects in just a few stops to both Hueston and Connolly Stations and also to the O2 arena. There are shops, supermarkets, restaurants and a cinema within a few minutes of the apartment, and the well known Cobblestone Pub where you can listen to traditional Irish music 7 nights a week, is just a block away from us. A car is not necessary for your stay at our property, but if you choose to arrive with a car we offer secure underground parking at no additional cost. Dublin Bike Scheme also has stations on Smithfield Square which means you can keep fit as you see the sights of the city!
