The villa itself is non smoking but guests are welcome to smoke on the patio and terrace areas if desired. Four of the bedrooms are located on the first floor which are reached by a stair case and there are three small steps from the parking area to the pool area. There is a covered car port to accommodate two vehicles. The pool and terrace is all on one level with no steps. There is a full sky sports movie and family package, recently upgraded to 3D HD with wi-fi. 200 channels inc all UK terrestrial channels, all 4 Sky Sports channels in HD, movie and family channels. The pool is one metre deep at the shallow end and is entered by a set of three roman steps. The villa is south facing so the pool and terrace have access to the sun from early morning until evening time. The close proximity to the sea allows for cool breezes which mean the villa is airy and comfortable even in the hotter months of August. The 3 double bedrooms and one twin and lounge area are fully air conditioned

A really beautiful villa with gorgeous views.

We had a fantastic holiday in Moraira. The villa is situated high up in the mountains and so has a really gorgeous view. It was immaculately clean on arrival. The villa is very spacious and feels homely. The pool area is perfect. There is plenty sun loungers for everyone and it is great being able to walk straight in to the kitchen area when you need a cool drink. There is a large shady area too which was well used. Fabulous pool, a great size and fantastic as it was heated. Moraira town is lovely with lots of restaurants to choose from and all very reasonably priced. The supermarket is 5 minutes away at the bottom of the mountain and it is very well stocked with very cheap but delicious wines! We had a problem with the toilet which was running constantly and had to contact the owner. A plumber was at the villa within 2 hours of phoning and the problem resolved, very impressed. There were 8 of us on this holiday and we felt the villa more than catered for our needs, is was great having a washing machine/dish washer/tumble drier/TV SKY. I would definitely return to this villa and would certainly recommend it to family and friends.

Wonderful Villa and Location

Holidayed here for the past 3 years, great villa with superb finishes to bedroom furniture and bathrooms, and a big heated pool, full SKY package keeps the children happy if they have to remain indoors. Only 10 mins from the beautiful town of Moraira (all cuisines and budgets catered for) but its hillside location offers splendid views and the summer breezes keep the insects at bay!

Moraira and nearby Javea are typically Spanish towns, no Union Jacks, no Red Lions nor Black Bull pubs, no fish suppers - this place really gets you away from it all - marvellous!

Located in the zone of Magnolias on the Cumbre del Sol. This is situated on the hill top between Moraira and Javea with good views over the sea and Calpe Rock. There are secluded beaches nearby as well as supermarket, restaurant and bars. Moraira is a short drive away as well as the village of El Portet where there are many good shops, restaurants, bars and Tapas Bars. There are golf courses and horse riding nearby. There are many supermarkets within a short drive including Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl, Carrefour, Pepe la Sal and Mas y Mas. The area is a residential area so we ask our clients to respect our neighbours during their stay.

A provisional booking can be made either by email or by telephone. This will be held for an agreed period of time and a booking form shall be sent out and when this is returned with a 20% deposit the booking will be confirmed.
A £200 per week refundable deposit will be charged prior to booking to cover any damages. Published rental charges for the periods July and August include pool heating. Linen change prices are included in fortnightly bookings. Pet charge may apply. Pool heating charges vary depending on period of booking outwith July and August

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
