Needed to ask Ron to turn heat up, Lock on thermastat
. quick reply and done.
After unloading car and somewhat settled thought hot tub would be great. Not hot. Ron said heats up quick. Great book with information....but it was dark and too difficult for these seniors to find all the things needed. Ground was uneven and not easy to identify parts for us, even with flashlight we had. Several days later late afternoon tried again to get hot tub hot, couldn't see what we needed to unlock. Ron did call my husband back, but we were busy and didn't notice. When we finally did get into tub, no issue, but getting out for us was difficult, nothing to hold onto. My husband did get hurt on cement, and never went in again, for his safety. When daughter came next week we went in and so grateful that my son in law could pull us out. We are short and with nothing to lean on too dangerous, for us.
Many things need repair
Two out of three toilets needed at least two flushes to get even toilet paper down
Lights/fan over dining room table, one fan could not be turned off.
Washer need to hold down lid and push start button,
Rear door locks didn't lock, great poles so felt secure,
No sidewalk to go for walk, I was recovering from surgery I had hoped to do lots of walking.
Busy street, Rarely noise in house from this.hard to exit driveway.
Ron did refund 1/3 of hot tub fee. Leaves/debris in pool/hot tub springtime.
