This charming home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, in a quiet residential neighborhood just above the Hassayampa neighborhood and Capital Canyon Golf Club.
Located just a short drive to the downtown courthouse square this charming home offers main level living with Master Suite and Kitchen/Great Room on main floor and 2 bedrooms/ 1 bath , family room and kitchenette on lower level. Main floor has furnished deck with BBQ.
We have a level driveway and a fenced in pet area with doggie door inside home. We love pets!
We live close by and personally manage this home.

Gorgeous View

The setting is beautiful with a lovely view of Thumb Butte. We BBQ'ed a couple of nights, which was delightful. A 75" TV let us us watch our Netflix and Prime shows. It was all very comfortable, relaxing and a great place from which to explore Prescott and its environs. Len, the host, was very responsive.

Amazing property!

This house was perfect! It has everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, nice upgrades, and amazing views. My really son enjoyed having the entire bottom floor to himself.

The location and view were perfect, the house was first class with plenty of room and comfy furniture, and all the little things to make it easier were are. Don’t change a thing. Will definitely be back…
