Many thanks we had a lovely stay in your house. ,we arrived late and tired but climbed into those heavenly beds and slept so well
We enjoyed preparing some meals in your well equipped kitchen. Some of us worked ! others watched us with a glass of wine but we all had fun. We did not have to travel far for meals out ,one of our favourites 55 North and a nice stroll along the prom afterwards .
As we only had the weekend did not see all but enjoyed coastal walks and rope bridge ,we will be back and for longer next time
The local people are so friendly and really make you feel welcome ,
A short walk from the house we found a well stocked supermarket who also sell cooked food to to take away ,there is also a wine store and a fish &chip shop we did try and it was very tasty
Thanks again from all of us.
This property is beautifully appointed and close to all of the wonders of Northern Ireland. Easy access to Belfast, Giants Causeway, Derry, Donegal, Downhill Strand and all of the other amazing sites along the extraordinary northern coast. Gerard, the owner, was very kind and understanding of our needs. He responds quickly to messages and was attentive throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property!
We were very happy with this location for our family. We came from all over the globe to surprise our sister in Coleraine. This house was able to accommodate everyone comfortably, was very well appointed and was a perfect base of operations for our many day trips. The house was exactly as advertised and check in was effortless.
There were restaurants and shops within a very short distance, we were able to find anything that we needed very quickly.
I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that would be visiting the Portrush area.
We loved our stay in this beautiful bright modern home. There was plenty of room for our large group of eight. It is in a very nice neighborhood and within walking distance to the beach. It was the perfect location for being centrally located to all the things we wanted to see and do. All of our relatives that stopped by to visit us loved the home too. Gail was so nice and kind and very helpful. She ended up knowing my cousin who had stopped by one day.. The owner Gerard was also so very nice. Anytime I had a question he responded right away. Always very helpful with all the information. We had a wonderful trip and loved staying all together in this lovely home. Thank you Gerard!
Perfect location for NW200 and exploring NW Ireland. Property was extremely well appointed with all usual amenities including Wifi (would do well to include WiFi in the facilities list). Especially good was the large kitchen / dining / sitting area; great for large groups.
Could not really fault it and definitely recommend it.
Owner was extremely helpful and responsive.
Our family of four was very fortunate to rent this lovely home for 10 days. It was beautifully decorated and quite spacious. We felt very comfortable in our holiday home. As we were in town for the Milk Cup, we couldn't have picked a better location. Portrush and Portstewart are quaint coastal towns with stunning views, plenty of shopping and great restaurants. The Ramore group of restaurants offer a great selection of dishes. In Portstewart, Harry's Shack is a must - book ahead.
The views along the Causeway Coastal route were breath-taking...the Giant's Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Carrick-a-rede rope bridge and the Dark Hedges. Gerard was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions. As mentioned by others, wifi would have been convenient, especially when trying to communicate with others via email or DM. There are plenty of places in town that offer free wifi.
The neighbors we met were quite lovely - very friendly and welcoming. A special hello to Gail and her family :) We would highly recommend this rental home. A++
Having never been to this part of the world before this was a new adventure for us. We did not expect great weather and in that respect we were not disappointed !! We found lots to do, this coast is beautiful and it was well worth the trip. The house was lovely, better than the photos's. Wi-fi would be nice but on saying that it was good to spend wild evenings in the cosy kitchen playing Jenga and Balderdash and just generally chilling out. The house is thoughtful and reflects the owners tastes, everything was of a very high standard and quality and makes you feel you are in a home not a holiday home; it was spotless and is a credit to the owners (this comes from a very picky person - trust me). Gerrard gave us lots of ideas on what to see in the area and responded well whenever I needed information. We ate at the Causeway Hotel which was OK but the tapas bar call Ocho in Portrush was superb.Would recommend.
