Apartment for 4 people on the second floor overlooking Lake 100sqm inserted in the building 'The Terazze' which is composed of 12 holiday apartments. Quiet and close to everything, Beaches, Bars, Restaurants, Marinas with equipped for bathing or or you can relax by the pool and enjoy the sun in the large garden or just stay on the balcony to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake.

Just 4 km away is Desenzano, a tourist destination par excellence, where to shop or stop for lunch or dinner in a quiet yet dynamic full of life.

The historical center, all main services and Lake Garda are easily accessible on foot, by bike or car.

Desenzano del Garda is just 5 minutes away by car, while Sirmione and Salo about 10 minutes.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, leider etwas laut

Wir haben die Wohnung so hell und freundlich angetroffen wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und melden sich auf SMS-Nachrichten recht schnell. Das Haus selbst ist sehr ruhig, der Rasen und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Das Gelände ist abgeschlossen, so dass man Kinder beruhigt zum Pool lassen kann. Die Küche ist wirklich groß und ansprechend - wenig Geschirr vorhanden, doch man kann damit auskommen. Wer morgens zum Frühstück Filterkaffee trinkt, sollte sich eine Kaffeemaschine oder Senseo von zu Hause mitbringen, da nur ein kleines "Espressogerät" für den Gasherd vorhanden ist (Achtung: genügend Pads für die Senseo mitnehmen,. da es im Umkreis keine zu kaufen gibt). Es gibt 2 Strände in der Nähe der Wohnung, die man zu Fuß in 4-5 Minuten erreicht und auch für Kinder geeignet sind, da das Wasser nicht gleich so tief ist. Sehr positiv ist der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz. Falls man mit 2 Autos kommt: ca. 200 m entfernt ist ein kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz.

Hilfreich wäre einige schriftliche Infos von den Vermietern: z.B. Mülltrennung und Intervalle der Müllleerung. Zu empfehlen ist die Birrateca in der Altstadt - sehr freundliche Bedienung!! Und wenn man Bescheid sagt, kann man in der nebenanliegenden Pizzeria sehr sehr leckere Pizza bestellen und in der Birroteca verzehren (absolut kein Problem).

Das einzige wirkliche Manko ist die Hauptstraße vor dem Haus. Da es sich hier um die Uferstraße rund um den Gardasee handelt, ist 24 Stunden Verkehr (also auch nachts). Schlafen geht nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern und selbst da ist der Verkehr noch zu hören. Von Freitagabend bis Sonntagnacht erhöht sich der Lärmpegel allerdings noch etwas.

Padenghe sul Garda is a town of about 4 300 inhabitants, located on the south-west of Lake Garda, bordered to the south by South with Desenzano and Moniga, characterized by a mild Mediterranean climate the country is known for the old castle that stands on a green hill, for the beautiful views and beaches, perfect destination for an amazing vacation to discover fascinating places to explore.

To see:

- The Castle built in the early 900, well preserved and intact dominates the country and much of the lake from which you have a beautiful panoramic view of the beautiful clear, sunny days.

- The Parish Church of Santa Maria Assunta of the seventeenth century.

- The Parish of St. Emiliano built in the twelfth century, with the recent restoration of the frescoes have appeared 300.
