Welcome to our vacation home. Our SECOND FLOOR CONDO, in a complex of four unit buildings, has all the basic appliances and equipment in the kitchen for a comfortable stay with a cabin like atmosphere. Bathrooms are stocked with tissue, hand soap and towels. Bedrooms have a queen platform beds with four pillows each. Walk to Bavarian Village, Golf Course, River and trails. Start your adventure from here or settle in with a movie or book.

This was a great place!

Everything I needed, walking distance to activities/stores, quiet (we were mid-week), and very comfortable. Owers were super-responsive to questions. Check in and out was good and clear. Will return if schedule allows.

Leavenworth Condo/Apartment

The location is situated about 1.5 miles out of downtown, making for a great walk into town with incredible views of the surrounding mountains, especially on the return walk. The apartment has all the commodities to make an extended stay (3-4+ days) very doable. Cozy vibe, plenty of space, with glimpses of the high mountains off the balcony. Minor downside is that the alpine sled park is directly viewable from the balcony, but not a big issue. When we stayed, the couch had a pullout bed, but there was no way to plow up the air mattress, but we still had plenty of space. Bedrooms had plenty of space, and the kitchen had everything necessary to do a lot of cooking and meals indoors.

We both grew up in Western Washington and raised our kids in a town just a couple hours from Leavenworth.

Why they chose this property

When we started thinking about investment properties we thought of Leavenworth first. We love the area and all the adventure opportunities available. I love the smell and wonder of the Ponderosa Pines . We are looking forward to spending time there with the family and just us two.

What makes this property unique

We were mostly lucky to happen on this property. It has great and unique mural work in the bedrooms done by a local artist. The river rock fireplace with the knotty pine accents, the one of a kind view from the deck, you feel like your in a cabin on a hill.
