4km from Disneyland Paris (15 minutes by bus or 5 minutes by car), in the Disneyland Golf neighborhood. The neighborhood is modeled after a traditional french village, with all amenities within walking distance (shops, restaurants and bus stops are 200 meters / 600 ft away).
In a smaller residential building (8 units), this 2 bedrooms apartment (60 sq meters), remodeled in 2015, is carefully decorated and equipped.
Floor-through, open plan kitchen and living room open onto a sunny balcony, ideal for breakfast and snacks. Views over a canal (complete with ducks!) and greenery. Filled with sunlight thanks to eastern and western exposures.
32" TV with international channels and Netflix. Kids corner with games. Free WiFi throughout the apartment.
Kitchen is fully equipped with nice appliances (retro fridge, induction cooktop, oven, integrated dishwasher, espresso machine ...) and everything you need to prep your meals.
Daily consumables (shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, laundry, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper) are provided. I try to provide "organic" and "eco-friendly" products if they are available.
The apartment has two real bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds and view over the canal. The second bedroom has a double bed and a view over a quiet street. Fluffy pillows, duvets, storage and outdoor shutters in both bedrooms. Bed linens are provided. Clean linens every 8th night.
Bathroom with tub, rainshower, towel heater and 2000w hairdryer. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Towels are provided. Clean towels every 4th night.
Free secure underground parking for one car.
Maximum occupancy is as stated in the booking and cannot exceed 4 persons. A baby or a child of any age counts as a person. An ID is required at checkin for all adults.
Guests must tell me their estimated time of arrival at least 24h before check-in.
Please treat the apartment and everything in it with care. An inventory will be made at check-in and checkout.
Please respect our friendly neighbours. No loud music or noise at anytime and especially after 8pm.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. However, it is allowed on the balcony.
We keep a reasonable cleaning fee. This cleaning fee covers general cleaning and laundry of the linens. In return, we kindly ask you to keep the kitchen clean and tidy, do the dishes before your checkout and not to leave a mess in the bathroom and toilets.
