A Gem Of A Place
Spending two months in Denver during the summer in the heart of the city is an exhilarating experience! I definitely was in the center of the action…And the condo that I chose was wonderful for my stay. Dennis and Margaret the owners, were lovely people and very responsive if I had any questions. The unit is located at the SW corner of the building with sweeping views of the mountains to the west, downtown/Union Station and the Platte River. I loved the early morning views, not to be outdone however by the beauty of the city at night. The condo had everything imaginable for your stay (especially if you like to cook and entertain!). There were even some food items in the refrigerator. If you’re sensitive to noise, be aware that the train tracks go right under your balcony and they run all night long. I wore ear plugs and it was fine. One constructive criticism I might suggest is that since I have light eyes which are sensitive to light, I would encourage putting dimmers on the pendant lights over the bar and in the dining area, with maybe lower watt bulbs in a few of the lamps. I mentioned to the owners that blackout shades might also help with the early morning light in the master. This is just my personal preference.
An additional great thing about the condo was the air printer. It worked perfectly when I needed something printed. There was paper, envelopes and a few office supplies also available. I had my dog and we loved strolling across the street at beautiful Commons Park, just steps away from the front door. If you have a large SUV, be warned that the parking spaces in the building are tight. I have a midsize SUV and it took some maneuvering to park.
All in all, it was a great place to stay and a wonderful and memorable summer adventure!
Great place and Hosts

Located in the Posh Riverfront Development directly adjacent to the heart of Denver with large parks just a few steps away. Go west and you are just a couple blocks from Elitches Amusement and water park. Go two blocks the other way and you are at Denver Skatepark one of the largest skateparks in the nation.
In summary within 1 mile walk are parks, river, breweries, train station, 2 major grocery stores, restaurants, retail shops, Coors Field, Pepsi Center, Mile High Stadium, Denver Performing Arts Center, and more. There are 45+ restaurants, pubs, breweries within 4 blocks.
