Newly built apartment offers the ideal central location for a holiday in Lagos. Ideal for families, couples and friends. The complex offers secure children’s play area, shared pool, communal gardens, snack bar and secure parking.

Fully equipped to provide everything you need. Fitted with granite work tops, ceramic hob, electric fan oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, as well as a full range of utensils, high quality crockery and glassware.
Large lounge/dining room, with 2 leather sofas (one is the sofa bed), coffee tables, flat screen TV with satellite and DVD. For dining, there is a dining table with 6 dining chairs. Wifi, there is also an Android box which allows you to watch English TV.
The large terrace off the kitchen and living room has table and seating for 4. All windows are fitted with electric blinds, to keep the apartment cool in the hot weather.
Cleaning/ towels/ linen/ maid service
The bed linen and towels will be changed at the end of each week. You are kindly requested to bring your own beach towels for the pool area and beach. Cleaning and utility charges will be discussed for a long term let.
On arrival, our English speaking local agent will meet and greet you, and help you settle in. You will be given a contact number should you need assistance during your stay. A welcome pack is available at an extra charge, should you require it. The apartment is fully air conditioned, with heating for winter rentals. For peace of mind there is a video entry system.
The apartment offers one private balcony. Large shared pool, landscaped gardens, secure childrens play area. Balcony also provides patio table, chairs and outside lighting.
We bought the property because we absolutely fell in love with Lagos. What attracted us to this most was that we viewed other resorts around the Algarve, but there was just something that made us want to purchase our apartment and I am SO happy we did. Lagos does not close down for the winter which is a major attraction to me. When we first came to see the development it was in the January, it was t shirt weather which is a huge bonus. I have been told by many people that quite often they spend Christmas on the beach. I haven't managed to come out for Christmas, but would love too.

Its in the most fantastic position, literally close to the marina, beach, town centre, cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets. You really could be in a better position. The bus station is a minutes walk, and there is also a train station next to the marina, so it makes it so easy to explore the Algarve with out having to drive. The fish is absolutely delicious and we have our favourite restaurants that we keep retuning too.
Being close to all the local amenities, the weather is fabulous, the apartment is luxurious as well as the complex that is kept to an extremely high standard.
Perfect location just a small walk to the town centre.
Had much fun around the pool.
Cafe attached to the building good for lunch , coffee.
Pingo doce supermarket very close for all that you need 1 minute walk.

We were very satisfied about the design of the apartment. Master bedroom with own bath and toilet. And second bathroom to the second bedroom. The beds very perfect, great matrasses and linen. Beds are not always great when you rent an apartment, but these sure was.
The kitchen was well equipped.
The apartment is perfectly located near the town centre, and close to the beach. It is also very near a big supermarket, where you can buy everything you need for at reasonably price.
Just a perfect vacation. We hope to go to Lagos again.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The location is great close to town and marina. Two supermarkets are very close for everyday needs. Cafe Fresco in the apartment block is good for snacks.
The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean. Modern amenities and good beds. It was nice to have breakfast on the balcony under the morning sun. So many good places to eat within 5-10 minutes walk. Lagos is a great place and the apartment is excellently situated for both the marina and old town area. Beach during the day and relax by the pool in the evening. Just what the doctor ordered! Overall, highly recommend this accomodation in Lagos. The owner and local apartment manager were both responsive and easy to work with.

Activities also include wind surfing, dolphin spotting, deep sea fishing, horse riding, walking, cave exploring, mountain biking, jeep safari, slide and splash water park, sailing and zoo marine.
10 mins walk to Meia Preia beach which can also be accessed by a small ferry during the Summer months. Praia Don Ana is a short drive away. Praia de Luz 10 mins drive. There are also some great beaches for surfing and boogie boarding on the west coast including Amado about 30 mins drive. Local buses run several times in the day to most of these and other locations.
Transfer to/from the airport can be arranged by our management team and pre-ordered online. Faro airport is 55 mins drive. Car hire while not necessary is available, bus station is 2 mins walk while the train station is 5 mins walk, taxis are also available.
