The apartment has been completely redone and equipped to nine (Appliances, bedding etc ....
It consists of a large room of 33 m² with open kitchen, a dining area for 4 people, a lounge area BZ (Bultex mattress), a sleeping area with a real bed 140. Flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player with USB plug, internet WIFI (17 megabytes).
The open kitchen with Dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave grill oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer and various small robots.
Shower room with walk-in shower, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Separate WC.
Towels, sheets, tea towels provided.
A background of household products and kitchen is at your disposal.
A cleaning fee of 30 euros in cash will be asked on the day of your arrival.
A deposit of 300 euros will be asked in cash or French check, A receipt will be given in exchange. The day of your departure, the deposit will be returned to you if everything is ok.

Studio idéal pour 4 personnes qui s entendent bien (car on dort dans la même pièce) Literie confortable linge de maison avec propreté irréprochable et c'est tout bien pensé dans ce petit studio cosy et propre à manger par terre... oui vraiment...et il est placé dans le centre ville de l isle sur sorgues donc d'un point de vue commodités c est génial...et vero la propriétaire est un rayon de soleil

Unpleasant - Toilet Paper not provided - But Lots of Cash is Expected

My husband and two adult daughters stayed for 2 days in Veronique's one-room studio. Frankly, it was an all around painful experience. Before we came, there was a lot of back and forth via the HomeAway site. Veronique does not speak English and I do not speak French which made fuzzy things even more complicated to sort out.. Confusing Financial Arrangements The listing was not clear about additional costs and methods of payment. Extra people: It says that it accommodates 4 people. Then, via email, I learned that after just 2 people, there are extra charges per person per night. Cleaning Fee: It does not say there is a cleaning fee, but via email I learn that there is a cleaning fee which is due as cash upon arrival. Big Cash Deposit: It does say online that there is a hefty refundable damage deposit. What is DOESN'T say is that you are expected to hand over that hefty amount "in cash or check" to the hosts upon meeting them -- this handoff of cash is not done electronically. "Cash or Check" - No Just Cash: The refundable damage deposit was to handed over upon arrival in "cash or check" -- but upon meeting the host, she said she would not take my check for the damage deposit since it is not from a French Bank. We had to make a mad scramble to come up with a HUGE amount of cash to people we had never met before. Since there were only 2 other reviews for the place, I was not entirely confident about the whole process and getting the deposit back. Toilet Paper "Not Included: - There was 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper in the studio... in asking the host about toilet paper, she replied that she does not provide toilet paper. That was certainly a first. Cleaning Fee - But You Take Out Trash -- When the host returned to inspect the place for damage, she expressed irritation that we had loaded the 8 or so glasses in the dishwasher -- but not run it. We had consolidated and bagged our small amount of trash, but she also wanted us to take it out to the dumpster.... the point of a cleaning fee??? The Studio - Adequate. Clean. Beds Hard. Short on hot water. Be prepared for a different experience here... and bring your own toilet paper.

Havre de paix idéalement situé en centre village

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui ont su agencé ce charmant studio pour que rien ne manque, (jusqu'à la fourniture de thé, café et autres). Décoré avec goût et originalité. Très bien entretenu. Emplacement au coeur du village avec tous commerces à proximité et cependant au calme. Une terrasse est un + où il fait bon prendre ses repas. Sans aucun problème nous recommanderons ce studio à des amis et nous-mêmes y retournerons dès que nous en aurons l'occasion. Nombreux restaurants, musées, antiquaires et brocanteurs à portée de mains.
