The major advantage of this house is its exceptional location just 5 minutes from the lake and all other amenities, because there is no need to present Annecy, its old town and its castle, its very pure lake and its lake festival.

To discover all these treasures the house is ideally located!
In the heart of a very quiet residential area, it is only a few minutes walk from the lake shore, in its part accessible for swimming, and the cycle path that goes around the lake.

Leave your car and traffic jams! A 10 / 15mn walk to Albigny you will get your croissants, excellent!, at "Pan Gâto", your pastries and frozen desserts at "Agnellet", your ripened cheeses at the "crémerie du lac", your newspaper at the press house. For current products a large sign is located 10 minutes walk.
You will find local producers, they are rare!, which offer their regional products on markets from Tuesday to Sunday in various districts of Annecy and Annecy-le Vieux.
Hop on your bike and join the cycle path, almost at the end of the street, for a stroll through Annecy in its old districts or for a tour of the lake. 40 km almost entirely on a cycle path, doable with children at ease on a bicycle, for the little ones, one end of the cycle path on the Marquisats side is very pleasant.

The single storey house with private parking opens onto 2 very sunny gardens, one very isolated from the neighborhood, bordered by 2 covered terraces offering a dining area on the one hand and a garden furniture with barbecue. somewhere else.

It is a real holiday home renovated so as to favor pleasure and relaxation with facilities designed with this in mind.

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood
We very much enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped house and its location just a short walk from the lake and its range of activities was ideal for us. There was also a bakery and a supermarket within easy walking distance, we used the bikes provided a couple of times to make these trips as well. The owner was very responsive and friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property to others. It is quite a long walk (around 30 minutes) into the town of Annecy itself but it’s a very pleasant walk alongside the lake with plenty of shade and things to look at on the way. We were more interested in swimming & water activities so this didn’t bother us at all although we did walk into the town twice during our stay. Thank you for a lovely week. I hope we will be back some day.

Fantastic base for a cycling/sightseeing holiday
2 minutes from the lake and 5 minutes from the mountains whilst still being within walking distance of the centre of town, cannot fault the location, absolutely spectacular. The facilities were exceptional and had no issues with anything, all very easy to use. Big TV was welcome for the world cup too. Will definitely be the first port of call for future trips back to Annecy.

An Excellent Week in Annecy
We had a very enjoyable holiday here. House very well equipped, everywhere very clean. Good outside table for eating our breakfast and also for BBQ’s in the garden. We hired bikes for the week, so excellent location for this as house is minutes from bike path and then a lovely 10-15-minute cycle alongside the lake into Annecy also of course plenty of space in garden to keep the bikes. It was helpful to receive prior to our holiday from Tatiana information about the area. Excellent boulangerie 5 mins away, also supermarket not far away.

Great property in great location close to the lake
We had a great family holiday in this house in Annecy. Really good outside space to eat. All facilities that you need. Close to the lake and an easy walk to patisserie and supermarket. Away from the busy streets of Annecy so nice and quiet at night. We would definitely recommend this property for a stay.
