Splendid air-conditioned apartment on the 1st floor of a luxurious residence with light and spacious living areas with direct access to the terrace of 45 m2 with front sea view.

The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, a shower room and a bathroom (spa).

Residence located in a tropical garden very well maintained on the Dona Julia Golf with communal pool and paddling pool for children 500 m from the beach. Animals not allowed, barbecue not available

Superbe vue
L’emplacement est idéal , la propreté de tout l’immeuble est impeccable , la terrasse et la vue sur le golf et l’océan est superbe . L’ameublement devrait réellement être amélioré , matelas vraiment inconfortable , chaise de cuisine en métal ! Et divan ,enfin c’est dommage mais je ne relouerais pas .

El apartamento es excepcional Es la segunda vez que lo alquilamos. Echamos de menos de la ultima vez la barbacoa. Tambien habia pocos cubiertos y faltaban cosas basicas (azucar, pastillas de lavavajillas....) El colchón de la cama principal está un poco vencido y se hunde

Appartement moderne,lits confortables Malheureusement rien parce on ne sais ni changer l'emplacement de l'autoroute à proximité, ni le soleil qui éclaire la terrasse que jusque midi. Donc un appartement très sombre,vous êtes obligé de sortir pour profiter du soleil.

Wenn man bei Bezug der Wohnung erstmal als Fensterputzer im Urlaub taetig wird um den Ausblick aufs Meer genießen zu können. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung win bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr hellhörig die Wohnungen drum herum. Agentur über die nicht zufriedenstellende Sauberkeit der Whg am ersten Tag informiert, keine Antwort erhalten. Beim Check-Out um 10:00 wie besprochen die Schluessel in der Agentur abgegeben und nochmals auf die Sauberkei hingewiesen - ausser einem „Sorry“ nichts, Endreinigung ist trotzdem zu zahlen. Highlight - 2 Std. nach Abgabe um 12 Uhr mittags hektische Anrufe der Agentur, der „ Housekeeper“ müsse in due Wohnung reinigen, um 16 Uhr kämen neue Kunden. Ich möge bitte sofort zum Appartement kommen. Im gefühlt sechsten Anlauf hat die Dame am Tel damn verstanden, dass die Schlüssel wie vereinbart bereits seit 2 Std wieder in der Agentur liegen. Soll erstmal reichen…
