About the property

94 sqm two south balconies + roof terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

In the picturesque and authentic Spanish town of Nerja, one can enjoy the super lovely climate all year round!

Nerja is "Europe's best climate", if we disregard the Canary Islands.

Not too hot, in July-August is the day about 35 ° and not too cold in December-January where you get 15-20 ° C most often. And the sun warms the well even then. Other months 20-25 degrees at best.

It is not without reason that the 30 km long coastal stretch called just:

'Costa Tropical'

Our townhouse is suitable for year round rental, but then a minimum of one month between the dates: 1/11 and 30/4 which is winter rental period.

The more consecutive months, the lower the price per month! Are there vacant weeks, between monthly periods, so we rent out the obvious shorter periods.

Other summer time (1 / 5-31 / 10) so you can choose; for a week, 10 days, two weeks ... or a whole month! You choose! But the smallest one week if there is bridging days between two tenants want to say! Then we rent out the clamping day too.

We apply the 'free replacement days' so that you can optimize your vacation and find the best flight and what suits you best. But in the peak periods we have to control something, not chop too much.

Our prices are always included: Bed linen, towels for indoor use as well as a thorough cleaning before and after your stay. In the list price, you can be 1-4 people in the two bedrooms. If you are five people, so we can arrange up a guest bed, with linen and towels, for a supplement of 50 euros per week! At month rent so will supplement 100 euros per month.

For 57 E per week, you can also get rent cot and high chair, incl. delivery and removal.

Nerja is located 50 km east of Malaga! 40 minutes by car / taxi. A taxi ride to 4p costs about 70-75 EURO Nerja Malaga airport.

The apartment is a townhouse in an urbanization called 'Las Flores de Burriana'.

The association of 11 townhouses is fenced and share a pool area with a 15m long pool.

Location is very good, close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The entire building is built in a south slope towards the green valley.

One goes to the main beach Burriana 4-5 minutes. There are sunbeds for hire, a large number of restaurants serving both drink o food. Most also have WiFi access.

To the nearest shop / supermarket in 5-10 minutes, and to Nerja center in 15 minutes.

The townhouse has two separate bedrooms, with attached en suite bathroom. Sleeps 4 people, but there is an extra bed if one is five.

From both bedrooms you go out on a common balcony facing south.

One floor up, there is an angle living room with exit to another balcony facing south. Plus a small bathroom.

A well equipped kitchen, dishwasher available, as well as fridge & frys..etc. TV with DVD and SVT World * (Swedish Television) and some p. K. Free channels. Also some movies and books to see and read.

SVT World spends broadcasts 30/4 in 2017! Know the current situation is not how compensation could look like!

At the top when a roof terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Gas barbecue and sun beds available and sun all day long.

AC / heat via Air heat pump systems throughout the terraced house. Both heat and AC are included in the rent, according to the new law on short-term rentals in Andalusia.

We have Internet access with WiFi included in the rent!

Smoking makes you outdoors!

Pets are NOT allowed!

If you are looking to overwinter in Nerja, so be there in time. The more months in a row, the lower the monthly price!

Swim in the pool or lugging down in five minutes to Burriana beach. Hiking in the mountains, visit the white village of Frigiliana few miles into the mountains.

Beautiful Townhouse

This is a lovely townhouse, very well equipped with everything you would need. The description is very accurate. It was very clean and well kept.There are two large terraces and a roof terrace all with excellent sea views. There is a communal pool, which unfortunately was too cold for us.

It is five minutes walk to Burriana beach which has plenty shops and restaurants. The best restaurant we found was Playa Y Sol, by the beach.

The only problem was the very steep hill walking up to the townhouse from the beach. However if you want good views you need to walk up a hill!

Trevlig lägenhet

Lägenheten är ren, ljus och välutrustad. Trevligt med tre uteplatser där man hittar sol hela dagen. Nära till strand och mataffär och en härlig promenad till centrum, parkering utanför huset. Området lugnt och skönt. Vi har trivts väldigt bra.

Trivsamt boende med bra läge för en familj

Ett mycket bra boende med 5 min promenad till Burrianastranden (backe när man skall hem igen), 15 min till balcon d'Europa och livsmedelsaffär 5 minuter.Trevlig takterass med grillmöjligheter och eftermiddags-, kvällssol. Balkongen erbjöd morgon/ fm sol och där åt vi frukost dagligen. Fint och välskött hus med funktionella ytor, viss lös utrustning kan rensas ut.

Husägaren var mycket alert, tillmötesgående och ansträngde sig för att lösa saker som uppstod.

Skøn ferielejlighed i skønne omgivelser.

14 dage har vi tilbragt i dette dejlige rækkehus, som er rent og fint indrettet. Tagterrasse med gasgrill og havemøbler. Stue og soveværelser med altan og flot udsigt. Huset er veludstyret med alt.

Godt område til mange køreture ex. Al Hambra. Ronda. Og fine små bjerglandsbyer Competa. Pampaneira ....

Vi var 4 voksne afsted, og kommer helt sikkert igen.

Stor radhuslägenhet på lugn gata med promenadavstånd till Burriana beach

Stor lägenhet på lugn gata. Om man har hyrt bil fanns det alltid ledigt för att parkera.

Reste med 2 barn, 5 och 6 år gamla och de hade inga problem att gå ner till Burriana beach.

Poolomådet är något slitet men under vår vistelse var det knappt någon mer än vi som badade där vilket gjorde att känslan var lite som privat pool.

Något bökigt att sig ner till poolen då man fick passera två låsta grindar men det får väl anses som lyxproblem.

Lägenheten hade 3 wc/bad (1 wc, 1 med badkar, 1 med dusch), bra kök, fin uteplats med sol hela dagen om man så ville ha det och wifi. TV med Hdmi.

Stort + till Ulf (uthyraren) som alltid svarade snabbt om man hade någon fråga/fundering både före bokning, innan avfärd och under vistelsen.

Detta anser jag skapar en stor trygghets och pålitlighetskänsla.

Las Flores de Burriana is close to Burriana beach, only 4-5 min walk then you are there. Equally close to Mercadona Supermarket. 15 min to Balcone de Europa.

It take only 45 minutes by car to / from Malaga airport. Sierra Nevada and Granada, it takes 1.5 hours by car. You can ski in the morning and swim in the sea on em!
