Our townhouse is well suited for year-round rentals, but at least one month between the dates: 1/11 and 30/4, which is the winter rental period.

Our prices are always included: Bed linen, towels for indoor use as well as a thorough cleaning before and after your stay. In the list price, you can be 1-4 people in the two bedrooms. If you are five people, so we can arrange up a guest bed, with linen and towels, for a supplement of 50 euros per week! At month rent so will supplement 100 euros per month.
For 50 E per week, you can also rent a cot and high chair. Longer periods, ask at the price then.
Nerja is located 50 km east of Malaga! 40 minutes by car / taxi. A taxi ride to 4p costs about 70-75 EURO Nerja Malaga airport.
The apartment is a townhouse in an urbanization called 'Las Flores de Burriana'.
The association of 11 townhouses is fenced and share a pool area with a 15m long pool.
Location is very good, close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The entire building is built in a south slope towards the green valley.
One goes to the main beach Burriana 4-5 minutes. There are sunbeds for hire, a large number of restaurants serving both drink o food. Most also have WiFi access.
To the nearest shop / supermarket in 5-10 minutes, and to Nerja center in 15 minutes.
The townhouse has two separate bedrooms, with attached en suite bathroom. Sleeps 4, but there is an extra bed if you are five people. And it will not be crowded then.
From both bedrooms you go out on a common balcony facing south.
One floor up, there is an angle living room with exit to another balcony facing south. Plus a small bathroom.
A well equipped kitchen, dishwasher available, as well as fridge & frys..etc. TV with a large number of channels, Swedish (1-12, Viasat, SeMore), Norwegian, Danish, British and Spanish. Plus about 250 newer movies as you can see when you want to rest play. Plus books to read.
At the top when a roof terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Grill and sunbeds are available as well as sun all day long. Plus a pair of sitting areas and umbrella
AC / Heating via air heat pump system throughout the radhus. Both heat and AC are included in the rent, according to the new law on short-term rentals in Andalusia.
We have internet with WiFi included in the rent! 6 mbps down and 1-2 up ... no limit amount of data. Do you smoke outdoors! Pets are NOT allowed!
