The apartment is located a short stroll away from the large on-site communal pool measuring 18m in length with sunbathing area, toilets & poolside showers. There is remote control air-conditioning in the living areas and both bedrooms and ceiling fans in all rooms. There is FREE Wi-Fi Broadband Internet access and a 32" LG colour HDTV with catch-up TV including SKY SPORTS, SKY1, SKY ATLANTIC, SKY ARTS, BT SPORTS + all of the popular terrestrial UK TV & radio channels. The multi-region DVD player plays all DVDs and a variety of CD formats. It's a pleasant 30-minute stroll to the nearest sandy beach, past rolling fields and banana plantations. Bath towels, hand towels and bed linen are supplied. If your stay is for 10 nights or more, all towels and bed-linen will be changed after 7 nights. Bath towels & hand towels are provided. YOU WILL ONLY NEED TO PACK BEACH TOWELS. There is an electronic safe so you can keep your valuable secure. There is also a dedicated parking bay. Quality furniture means you will get a 'home-from-home' feel. The apartment is ideal for those who want to take it easy and enjoy a relaxing break. The centre of Peyia village is only 1.3km away. Car hire is recommended. A101 is only 2.5km from the nearest beach and is just 12km west of Paphos.
Air Conditioning: The apartment is fully air-conditioned, controlled by easy-to-use remote control hand units. There is no additional charge for the use of the air-conditioning. There are also ceiling fans in all rooms.
Peyia Paradise Apartments: Peyia Paradise Apartments were completed in July 2005. We have owned the property from new. The two bedroom apartment has a large sun terrace. There is an 18m long communal pool (depth from 0.5m to 1.5m) with roman steps. The pool & feature arched-footbridge were completely refurbished in November 2015. The apartment has its own dedicated parking space within a few paces of the entrance door. An extremely quiet development with uninterrupted views across to the Coral Bay coastline. The beach at Corallia Bay is just a 30-minute stroll away. The tavernas and shops in Peyia village are also just a 30-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is well placed to visit the Acamus Peninsula and the Troodos Mountains. We recommend car hire however it is possible to get a taxi from the airport to the apartment and then use a taxi when you wish to visit local shops and restaurants in Peyia and/or Coral Bay.
There are four quality 18-hole golf courses within a 30-minute drive from the apartment.
If your return flight is scheduled to depart late, we would recommend booking an additional night so that you may stay as late as you wish on your final day, rather than have to vacate by 10:00 am. 2018 will be the 13th consecutive year guests have holidayed at Apartment A101. The Peyia Paradise holiday complex is extremely well-maintained and managed as it overseen by a committee made up entirely of Peyia Paradise property owners.
The on-site swimming pool is heated by the sun and therefore it is not normally warm enough to enjoy during the winter months (November, December, January & February).
