Great location with easy access on foot or by car

Charming little house very bright newly remodeled with a large swimming pool shared with the other 10 houses, with swimming pool for children.

200 m from the beach and 300 m. the train car is not necessary.

2 bedrooms, modern kitchen fully equipped with electric oven, microwave and dishwasher, lounge with satellite TV (French channels available) and bathroom with a large shower. Terrace and garden all around the house with charcoal barbecue. Patio lovely in the morning and evening, with garden furniture. courtyard where children can play safely.

House very well located, very close to the promenade in Torremolinos. Los Álamos is a residential area very quiet and well communicated, good neighborliness. The proximity to the airport and the train allows not having to rent a vehicle. The center of Málaga is 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by train, the airport is 15 minutes, the Torremolinos town center is 5 minutes.

In the walk / los Álamos beach there are many bars, restaurants, and places to go out at night and activities throughout the day with music.

The large shopping center and Leisure Plaza Mayor is also located 800 meters from the house in which there is a large supermarket (Mercadona), numerous restaurants, magazines, shops and activities for children.

The Real Club de Golf Málaga is 800 meters from the house.

The most common activities for visitors and residents of Los Álamos are: horseback riding, surfing, kite surfing, jogging, roller-skating, tennis, bicycling and walking.

A great choice!!

The villa was fantastic.We had the pool mostly to ourselves.The train was very convenient and I got a taxi number from a taxi company Radio Taxi and they always came straight away when I rang them.About 8-10 euro to get into town which was great value for four of us!!

Loved being near the beach

and the supermarket nearby was great too.

Adequate at a reasonable rate

My husband and I spent 6 weeks at this property. We had no idea what to expect, this being our first extended stay in Spain. It definitely met our needs. It is a quiet location and within walking distance to transportation (train or bus) to get to many locations. We used the train almost everyday, and also did a great deal of walking. The property itself was large enough and the second bedroom was perfect for when company came to visit, just a little uncomfortable having only one bathroom. The property was clean and well maintained. I believe that anyone booking this property during a warmer season would thoroughly enjoy staying here.

Great Location

There were five of us all adults, we found the property a little small for us all, as there are only one bathroom so there was a queue every evening. It lacked a few things such as more sun beds there were only two also a few mirrors in the bedrooms would be great as there was only the one in the bathroom with four of us women trying to put on make up but these are only minor things over all the location and house were fine very near the train station where you were only two stops about five minutes from the centre of Torremolinos and the beach was just down the road , we would certainly stay there again.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments, I have already taken note regarding the mirrors and the sunbeds, which although described by you "as minor things” seem to have been of certain importance during your stay. You should have told me that and I would have tried to do something about it, while you were there. I am afraid I cannot do much about the fact of the house having just one bathroom, but that is something you knew before booking the property. I have other two properties with garden close to the beach not far away from Marbella, these two have 2 bathrooms, if the five of you wish to come back together I will be very happy to receive you all again there. "The villa is really cosy...

"The villa is really cosy, neat and comfortable. We enjoyed the swimming pool and almost all the time we spent there alone without neighbours. The area is quiet even during the week-ends so it''s a perfect place to stay with children but if you are interested in night life the bars are close by. The owner was eager to help us on each tiny question we had."

Bright charming house at around 150 m distance from the beach with an approximate size of 75sq.m. Recently refurbished and well equipped. The house is in Los Alamos area. At 300 meters from the train station which connects with the airport and long distance train station, a car is not necessary at all. Supermarkets and restaurants at 150 meters distance. Private terraces and BBQ, communal pool. Wifi with 50Mb included in the price, A/C. Málaga golf course "Real Club de Campo" is 800 meters.
