About the property

Apartment 62m ² decorated nine early 2016 in a pure spirit rétais with a terrace of 25 m ² sun.

Le Clos Vauban offers a calm and protected environment while being close to St Martin port and its animation (2 minutes walk) and 700m from the beach of the Target (5 minutes by bike).

Beautiful bright living room with kitchenette. 3 bedrooms with 140 beds including a mezzanine, all three equipped with storage. Bathroom with bath and separate toilet.

The terrace is also accessible from a private gate which allows to easily return the bikes and keep them safe. It is also protected on the upper part by a large store.

A complete garden furniture, two sun beds and an electric griddle are also available.

• Draw sheets, duvets and pillows

• Linen not provided, but you can rent linens, bath towels and beach towels (price on request).

From October to April inclusive: heating extra on weekly stays.

If you wish, optional:

- rental of 2 Dutch bicycles 6 speeds: 50 euros / week / bike

- End of stay cleaning: 60 euros

- Possibility of a parking package on the Vauban car park

Possibility of supply of childcare equipment, extra bicycles, shuttle station or La Rochelle airport (prices please contact us).

Notre. Séjour à l'île de re

Très bel appartement avec terrasse extérieure au calme .... très bonne literie .... tout à disposition pour passer un super séjour .... proche du port et des activités pour les enfants .... bref on a adoré !

tres bien

nous avons passer un agréable séjour au clos Vauban . très bel appartement agréable et bien située . il y a tout le nécessaire pour les vacances. idéal pour faire la marche a pieds autour du port il y a de nombreux commerces ainsi que le marché . le concierge est très bien et souple pour le départ ou l'heure d'arrivée. merci
