Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable, great kitchen has everything you could want and a few extras. Nice sun loungers to take pool or gardens, we chose the pool area which was lovely and peaceful to relax or have a swim. Reception staff where very pleasant and helpful as was the owner who arrived within 30 minutes to sort out a problem that we had cause ourselves. Convention location for train from Airport, beach and all the restaurants and bars in Arroyo. I would recommend trying some of the Spanish bars and restaurant i.e Madronos and the little bar on the same street, Meson Tio Blas for a jug of beer and a plate of shell fish 8 euro, try a bit of Spanish and they will soon welcome you as part of the family.

Looking forward to my next visit.

Clean, Complete, & Convenient!

This apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Jose was kind enough to meet us a bit earlier than planned, and showed us through the entire apartment. When I say it was complete, it had all the basics you would need to get started on your vacation, without having to run quickly to the store. However, there was even a grocery cart to use for your short walk to the local Mercadona Store, right around the corner. This was very convenient, since we stayed at the apartment for 25 wonderful days, we were able to put this cart to good use. The apartment had a small washing machine, with complete instructions. Laundry soap could be found under the sink, and all supplies you needed to hang the laundry to dry was located on the enclosed terrace. There is a new hot water tank. We had plenty of hot water, never ran out, which I understand is a common problem in many apartments. The windows all have room darkening shades, great for naps. There is plenty of space for dining, as you are able to open up the glass table in the living room and make it larger, enough to seat 6 people! This apartment is on the 1st level, (no views of the sea), with views of the lovely park like setting, which is kept meticulously clean by the caretaker. The beds are extra firm, which my husband liked but I did not. After the third night, I spent the remainder of our stay on the couch, which opens up into a bed. A few improvements on the apartment would be getting a larger television and new mattresses. This apartment is just a 6 minute walk to our daughter's home, which is wonderful. We would be very happy to stay here again and will contact Jose when we plan out next visit to Spain.

Is in need of some money spending on it

This apartment is value for money but it requires a sum of money spending on it to bring it into an exceptional apartment,Jose Manuel was very attentive and was available when the boiler started to leak,he replaced it the following day all in all as I said before value for money.

Lovely apartment

We were very happy with this apartment. It was clean and situated close to shops and restaurants.. Within easy walking distance to the train station, beach and the beautiful Paloma park that our 6 year old son loved as did we.

The concierge was very helpful and the bar/cafe in the building was very handy enjoyed by the locals. The staff were very polite and kind.

We would be very happy to stay here again .

Good value and location

This one bed apartment was an ideal base in Arroyo de la Miel

It was a couple of minutes walk from the Main Street and there were many bars and restaurants nearby.

The block was fairly typical with a 24 HR concierge. The gardens and the pool looked well kept although as it was December we didn't use them.

The apartment no 015 had a good location on the ground floor with Windows in every room overlooking the gardens.

While a little dated in places the apartment was clean and fully stocked with crockery cutlery bedding and towels.The air conditioning units provided heat.
