This is a beautiful, charming house literally on the edge of heaven. Immaculate in every sense, tastefully designed and decorated with stylish, comfortable furnishings. Spacious, welcoming and delightful - we cannot wait to come again. Some tips: (1) When we visited it was a really hot July and as there is only air conditioning in the bedroom, the temperature at times in the bedrooms and lounge was very high. There are fans but the house could benefit from air conditioning throughout during those hotter weeks. (2) You will need a car. The house is up a hill from the main road. It has private electronic gates and is extremely private. (3) Prepare for cricket noise. The trees that shade the outdoor seating area are wonderful. They are, however, home to lots of crickets who start chatting at 0800 and don't stop until 2200 ! We managed to tune out their noise but at times it was over bearing. Take earphones and great music.
The best bit: apart from the fabulous house - THE VIEW!! You wake up to paradise in front of you every day and everywhere you look is a picture. It is literally the most beautiful place on earth.
We stayed with our adult children and friends in this beautiful villa for 2 weeks in July 2012. We loved the villa - the description and the photos were exactly as on the website. The property was incredibly clean and well maintained. We found the owner to be very helpful and professional at all times. The location is perfect, the villa is in a quiet, peaceful area but you are within walking distance of some charming towns and a short drive away from the famous large towns of Cote D'Azur. We enjoyed walking, cycling, eating out both locally and in the surrounding towns and meals prepared from locally grown produce and very enjoyable local wines, always outdoors on the terrace enjoying the view and the sunset. We had on hesitation in recommending this property to our friends and we hope to return ourselves in the near future.

We stayed at this charming villa last July 2010 and enjoyed a perfect week's stay. This lovely house is conveniently located close to everything, St. Paul, Nice, the French Riviera, etc. It is large, spacious, charmingly decorated and comfortably furnished, with a well equipped kitchen. We found it wonderfully peaceful, with its own lovely pool and garden. We couldn't have chosen a better place for a vacation, and hope to return in 2011.
To call it a perfect house, i'd have preferred it with air conditioning - due to really canicular summerdays, the nights were short or sleepless - an AC in the house would have been no luxury at all...
Located in a "coin de paradis", enough space for 2 families, well equipped and nicely furnished though not overdone, this is a place to return for a quiet holiday...
Between sea and mountains, very close to the historical and cultural village of Saint Paul de Vence. The area offers various sports possibilities (jogging, walking, biking, golf, tennis, fishing, swimming, horse-riding) including sea sports as well as culture entertainments (Art galleries in village, Foundation Maeght on modern art). Other exciting spots of the Riviera are also close (Cannes, Monaco), Polygone Riviera in Cagnes for great shopping and Marine Land in Antibes for the children.
Other Activities: yachting, pétanque (ground on the property)
