Welcome to our Apollo 804. Enjoy beautiful beach, Gulf and sunset views from your private balcony, while enjoying your favorite beverage! The unit is recently remodeled with modern tile throughout, as well as remodeled kitchen and bathroom... Featuring a walk in shower. Coastal furniture and colors to make your Marco Island experience the best possible! High floor to get amazing views of Marco's crescent beach, while watching dolphins play in the Gulf! The complex offers covered parking, pool/hot tub, gym, tennis and private beach access. Walk down below to the attached restaurant, Sunset Grill for food and drinks. Condo includes beach towels, all linens,plates/dishes etc. coffee maker, blender, beach chairs and umbrellas.Condo is directly on the beach! We look forward to meeting you on Marco Island! There is an additional 25$ per stay parking fee due to condo complex due upon arrival.Just and FYI..in peak season, Jan -Easter...there is a week minimum for bookings ...you can of course stay less than a week, but I need to book a full week during this timeframe....Sat-Sat dates please!

During May 1 - October 31 Renters see below in regards to Turtle Season

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

May 1st through October 31 guest must abide by turtle season rules to be in compliance. No sand or seashells inside the condo.
Check-out is10am so please make sure any member of our team can enter the unit at this time. A fine may occur if the unit is occupied past this time.

Our stay at Apollo 804 was amazing! The view alone is worth the booking. Our Lanai was spectacular! I miss it so much! The building security was perfect, parking was great. Access to everything was on point. Will definitely book longer next time!

5 Day Get Away
The Apollo is in an excellent location, and 804 is clean, well-furnished and maintained. The view of the beach and gulf are amazing! Kurt and Katalina are great hosts. Communication from reservation through check out was excellent. Overall, a great experience. A nice break from the snow and cold.

Why they chose this property

Located on the south side of Marco Islands beach. Short walk to many restaurants, bars, and other fun activities. Located right on the beach, and the balcony is due west for your sunset viewing!

What makes this property unique

On the beach!!!Close to shops, restaurants and the Hilton and JW Marriott resorts . Covered parking/assigned...$25 registration fee paid to front desk on arrival
