Gorselands is a well-equipped and ideally situated holiday apartment, located just a short walk to the beach and village and enjoying fantastic views along Woolacombe beach to Putsborough and Baggy & Hartland Points.

The open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living provides spacious accommodation for the whole family.

The well equipped kitchen has fitted appliances including oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is dining seating for 6 - 8 people and comfortable seating in the living area for 6. Flat screen TV with Sky+ HD, DVD player and 4th generation Ipod dock. From the living area sliding doors lead out to the balcony which enjoys the spectacular beach and sea views.

The master bedroom situated to the front also enjoys stunning views across Woolacombe beach.

A snug with flat screen tv, DVD player and Sky HD is the perfect escape for children.

Family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.

To the first floor there are 2 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom with shower over the bath.

Outside there is a dedicated parking space for one vehicle, garden exclusively for the use of Gorselands guests plus garage for storage of boards and bikes (not suitable for vehicles). There is also a shower located in the garage for washing down wetsuits and boards.

Linen and towels provided together with free wifi.

Weekend and short break bookings start at 75% of the weekly rate, where available.

£45 booking fee payable at time of booking.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.

If your booking is less than 10 weeks away, the full amount (including booking fee and damages deposit) is due at the time of booking.
