HOUSING :
My apartment was completely renovated for the comfort of travelers. It is classified 3 stars by the certified organization Atout France since 2016.
It is located on the 4th floor of a luxury building. At the foot of the building a metro station (line B and D), which will greatly facilitate the move.
The apartment sleeps 4 persons: 1 real bed in room for 2 people (courtyard) and a convertible sofa in real bed for 2 people in the lounge.
The living room and bedroom have a large window letting a pleasant natural light. Both rooms also have their own balcony.
The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for 2, a large TV and an internet access.
The room overlooks a quiet inner courtyard, which is very significant in ultra downtown!
The functional kitchen is fully equipped, so you will all you need for cooking: oven, induction hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, kettle ... to be able to feel at home!
Basic products are provided: coffee, tea, spices, oil, vinegar ...
The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. Basic products are provided, shower gel, shampoo, soap ...
The toilet is separate.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
A table and an iron are also available.
This modern and welcoming apartment offers all the comfort of a second home!
SIGN OF PASSENGERS:
Guests have access to the entire apartment except a closet in the entrance.
So you have all the rest of the house to put you at ease!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The Saxe Gambetta district is a lively place where life is good and has all the amenities: nearby: supermarkets (including bio), bakery, pharmacy, shops ...
The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the Rhône quays, ideal festive promenade.
Docks, simply cross the Wilson Bridge to access the Place Bellecour, emblematic of the city of Lyon.
TRANSPORT:
All means are available for getting around town. Indeed, on the square in front of the building are: a subway station, a station and a Vélo'v Bluly station (electric car rental).
The metro Saxony provides access to the station of Part Dieu in 3 min, and Place Bellecour in 3 min. Thus making it a prime location for sightseeing or access the different points of interest.
The check in is at 15h, check out at 11am.
The flat was clean and well situated, and the building was quiet but the street was loud. It was very hot when we were there, so sleeping was difficult. A pleasant place, but spartan.
Very spacious with a lot of light.
Good location. A relatively short walk across the river to the old town area.

Well equipped, spacious flat. Also supplied with toiletries and various condiments found in the kitchen: olive oil etc. Apartment always cool and airy even at the end of a hot day. Located in central Lyon so it was easy to walk to and from most places but buses, metro and trams nearby. Local supermarkets, greengrocers and bakers a few minutes walk from the building.

We did not spend much time there but is was perfect for two of us in terms of size, a safe quiet building, closeness to markets (especially Les Halles), patisseries and location.
The location was great at the intersection of major east-west and north-south metro stops.
