Lovely, entirely renovated house with a swimming pool near ‘White City’ Ostuni

Very beautiful holiday house in a typical Apulian style, entirely reformed in 2016 and located amid thousand-years old olive trees. The domain has 3, 5 hectares of ancient olive trees, almond trees, and fruit trees (lemon trees, orange trees, fig trees, grenadiers, walnut trees, prickly pears, quince trees, and persimmon trees). There are 4 double bedrooms with private shower rooms and one part of the house is reserved for children (a big play room, a bedroom with 3 beds, an alcove with beds, and a shower room with a washing machine). There is an indoor kitchen (refrigerator, oven, extractor hood, and dishwasher) and an outdoor kitchen (sink, gas cooker, and barbecue). There are also two fireplaces. A big magnificent swimming pool of 14 x 6 m is located just over 50 m from the house, amid the olive trees (please note, that the swimming pool is not secured). The house gives both family and friends a very happy holiday.

About A. de Battice

We bought this house in 2013 after falling in love with the region during some of our trips to Apulia. We knew the region very well and we used to go frequently with our children and friends. Each time it was an opportunity to have a great dose of sun and to enjoy this beautifully preserved region. It is the ideal location for taking refuge in a calm, relaxing, and magnificent place. The other advantage is that in the village of Carovigno, located 3-4 minutes away from the house, we have everything we need (mini market, market, fresh fish, butchery, restaurant) for living.

Why A. de Battice chose Ostuni

We have taken the time to carefully renovate the house, working with selected professionals. They worked and transformed the house in the Apulian spirit, thus turning it into a real paradise soaked by sun. This year is the first time that we rent the house, and at a very reasonable price if you compare it with the house’s quality. We want to try renting our property for a short period of time. We would appreciate your comments and reactions, and of course we are open to suggestions that could improve the stay, yours as well as ours!

Proprietà vasta e molto curata. Pace e tranquillità vicini comunque ad Ostuni

La casa è meravigliosa, molto curata. Non manca nulla in cucina e nelle stanze. Il giardino è immenso e ci sono più tavoli dove poter pranzare, cenare, o vivere la piscina. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con la piscina ed il proprietario è intervenuto prontamente limitando al minimo il disagio e risolvendo in un giorno il problema. Maria Lucia che ci ha accolto è stata molto disponibile e ci ha dato ogni dettaglio. Rimasti felici e soddisfatti sia i bambini che i ragazzi che noi adulti :-)

Schitterend smaakvol en ruim huis

De spierwitte gerestaureerde villa ligt middenin een olijfgaard. Een prachtig zwembad en fijne buitenkeuken. Het interieur is heel eenvoudig in wit en grijs waardoor de nadruk ligt op de structuur van het huis. De stad Ostuni dichtbij en ook enkele simpele kust plaatsjes. Een heerlijke plek voor een (grote) familie vakantie!

10 jours de pur bonheur entre amis

Nous avons passé 10 jours merveilleux entre amis, et ceci en grande partie grace au cadre superber qu'offre cette maison.

Nous ne manquions de rien, et chacun y a trouvé ce qu'il désirait pour ses vacances. Il est évidemment nécessaire d'avoir une voiture vu l'emplacement de la maison et le peu de transport publiques. Cela étant dit, une fois arrivé à la gare, il est également possible et assez facile de voyager dans cette si belle région des pouilles.

Encore merci au propriétaire pour cette accueille, nous en sommes tous ressortis comblés.
