Bright and cheerful, very well oriented to the sun and wind, this villa on one level is very pleasant: it has been completely refurbished and has been built to be practical and comfortable. Its closed and varied garden, without vis-à-vis, its many terraces, its beautiful big swimming pool and its ground of balls give you a calm and serene atmosphere, ideal to spend relaxing holidays in family or between friends.

The 4 rooms are comfortable, different and partly flexible: beds can range from "1 double bed 6 single," "2 double + 4 single" and "3 doubles + 2 singles." Both bedrooms have their shower room (with WC) private, two rooms share a third shared shower room and 1 toilet.

The kitchen is very spacious (40m²) and fully equipped: it opens directly onto the living room (dining-living room) and terraces: it is very friendly. A laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen: It includes a washing machine and a clothes line to dry.

The dining room consists of a table for 8 people, and is continued by a small lounge with library (books available). The couch for 2 and seat are oriented towards a beautiful stone fireplace. A TV hidden behind a white linen drapery, is available; the living room, cozy, is quite small: it is designed to watch TV comfortably 2-3 people maximum; any other persons to sit on chairs.

The south terrace, adjoining dining room and kitchen, next to the pool, features a beautiful large table of 8 people and electric solar tent: it allows lunch outside in the shade, even heat.

The villa is surrounded by a garden of 2000 m² fully fenced, well maintained and not vis-à-vis.

At the front of the property, there is a large car park, partly shaded, can easily accommodate 4-5 cars and a small rural area planted with cherry and peach. Then come home, its many terraces protected from the wind, and, next to the lawn, several flower beds and a beautiful large pool (5.5 X 11 m) which allows for real lengths. It is south facing and has an outdoor shower. Its security is ensured by a scrolling pane immersed, operated with a key. The component also allows to greatly limit heat loss from the pool water at night. As the flap is submerged, much remains discreet: when we wash, we have the pleasure of contemplating the beautiful flower beds adjacent to the pool: bucolic and very soothing ....

Finally, in the garden, the atmosphere is rather forest, oaks providing shade quiet popular at nap time in the summer. Between two trees, a drying rack allows to dry linen and pool towels. Everything in the garden, a real bowling green, shaded, is surrounded by beautiful local stone that give a lot of charm and character: it is a very friendly area where we find ourselves happy for cocktails ..! . The house therefore offers multiple environments: shade or sun, peace and conviviality, rest and fitness, games or reading ...

When you arrive, the beds are made with sheets of the house, following the instructions received. We also make available pool towels (1 / person) and shower room (1 shower towel + 4 napkins + 4 washcloths / person), kitchen linen, kitchen background, pétanque and 3 bikes.

The villa is located in a residential area on the edge of Saint Didier (17 minutes walk from the village center): therefore, quiet, but not isolated. Across the street, there is an oak forest.

Thus offering already a lot of pleasure in itself, the villa is ideally located to explore the area which is fabulous ... whether on foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car: beautiful nature (Mont Ventoux, Luberon) , landscapes, picturesque villages of Provence (Pernes-les-Fontaines, Venasque, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, ...) with their typical markets and excellent restaurants, and cities filled with history (Avignon, Carpentras, ...) . Golf lovers will also be delighted to find nearby, and throughout the year, one of the finest golf courses in the region (Saumane): twenty minute drive on a small country road and there is!

In short, this holiday villa is a haven of peace, located in a wonderful area, breathing the good life: a real little corner of paradise ...

Traumurlaub in einem kleinen Paradies

Wir haben zu acht zwei tolle Wochen im Haus von Félix und Fabienne verbracht. Es ist ein sehr schönes, mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattetes Haus, das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Das Haus ist perfekt für eine große Familie, und auch die Küche ist riesig und mit wirklich allem, was man braucht, mehr als üppig ausgestattet. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und jeder findet dort ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße und wenn man will, kann man auch zu Fuß in den Ort laufen. St. Didier ist ein charmantes, nicht so von Touristen überlaufenes Dorf und man findet dort alles, was man zum Leben braucht.

Die gesamte Gegend ist wunderschön, es gibt praktisch täglich in jedem Ort einen Markt, sehr zu empfehlen sind die Märkte in Carpentras (freitags) und Isle sur la Sorgue (sonntags).

Der Kontakt zu Félix und Fabienne war sehr gut, schon im Vorfeld wurden alle Fragen ausführlich beantwortet und wir hatten das Glück, die beiden bei unserer Ankunft kennenzulernen. Sie haben uns auch viele Tipps bezüglich Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. gegeben und sind uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden.

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Félix und Fabienne für unvergessliche Ferien.

Très belle villa confortable et calme

Nous avons passé deux semaines très reposantes dans la villa de Fabienne et Félix. L'intérieur de la villa récemment rénové est décoré avec goût et parfaitement équipé. Le jardin et la piscine sont spacieux et très bien entretenus. Aucun vis-à- vis. La localisation est parfaite pour découvrir la région. Nous avons particulièrement aimé Saint-Didier, L'Isle sur la Sorgue, Vaison-La-Romaine, Vénasque, et bien sûr Avignon.
