This listing includes the entire property which consists of a large Farm House as well as a two-story Guest House beautifully set on over 6 private acres! Across both spaces there are a total of 6 bedrooms, 12 beds (including 1 pull out couch), and 5.5 bathrooms! Some of the amenities include a sauna, covered patio, uncovered patio, two 55” TV’s with a large selection of channels, high speed internet, + more!

Farm House:
The first floor consists of a Kitchen / dining area, full bathroom, large living room with wood burning fireplace, foosball table, sauna, master bedroom suite with a queen size bed and an additional full bathroom.

The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms:
Upstairs Bedroom 1: 1 king size bed
Upstairs Bedroom 2: 1 king size bed
Upstairs Bedroom 3: 2 full size beds
Upstairs Bedroom 4: 4 twin size beds

Guest house:
The lower level consists of a dining table, kitchen, half bathroom, Smart TV, attached garage game room, + more!

The upper level consists of one large bedroom with 2 queen beds, a pull out full size bed, TV, full bathroom, and a wet bar if you want to make yourself a night cap!

Garage: The garage has been converted into a game area that currently has a pool table and pop a shot. Game options might change over time so reach out if you want an up to date description of the game area.

There's an interior room that connects the Farm House to the Guest house and it contains a Foosball table!


-We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles for driving in Vermont over the winter months.

-BBQ is stored during peak winter months so that it isn’t damaged.

-The house is located on Lower Taylor Hill Road next to the intersection of the Stratton mountain access road. Lower Taylor Hill Rd is one-way so it will take longer to get to the mountain vs coming back but on average will only take 4-5 minutes from mountain and 8-10 minutes to the mountain depending on traffic.

-You are more than welcome to bring your dog, we just ask that you keep him/her off furniture and beds as it’s difficult to get the hair off and please pick up outside if in trafficked areas. If you would like to bring more than one dog please just reach out for pre-approval.

-Dogs visit the home on occasion so if you are allergic please take this into consideration

-The house has 2 pack and plays that can be used.

-There’s a spiral staircase to access the top floor. There's a separate exterior staircase that goes to top floor to carry up larger suitcases, etc.

-The farm house and guest houses are family friendly but aren’t kid / baby proofed.

-The garage shown in picture is used as a game room so you can't park cars inside.

-Maximum capacity is 20 (8 in guest house and 12 in farm house).

-Surveillance or recording devices on property: Exterior motion sensing security camera facing entrance to driveway backed up into Nest cloud.
