You are just steps to the beach and the sound of water lapping at your feet. From the 9th floor private balcony you overlook the pools of this 17 story luxury high-rise private gated community, the sandy white beach and the endless horizon of emerald green and blue water with dolphins sometimes swimming by.
There are plenty of sea shells for everyone to pick up or snorkel for. Bring your bathing suits and enjoy the beach and the pools and have a great time in the crystal clear water!

The breathtaking views through the huge windows in the living room and master bedroom and the sounds of the waves that radiate through the condo when the sliding glass doors are open and the wonderful ocean breeze that flows in are just unbelievable. It just doesn't get any better than this!

Clean, quiet unit. Had trouble with the gate codes until another guest helped out. Building was still being painted during our visit and other than blocking off parking spaces, it didn't impact us. The vacuum didn't work worth a hoot, so we fought sand on the floor all week. The washer and dryer were huge, which made laundry go much faster! Kitchen is well stocked with anything needed. Lots of beach stuff available. (floats, chairs, umbrella, etc). If you are traveling with toddlers, this unit is not child safe. We struggled with the cabinet under the sink not having a lock on it, pack one to save yourself headaches. Tile floors meant several falls. And lots of knick knacks had to be moved to high places, safe from little hands. Be careful in the bathrooms, the rugs are not backed and slide across the tile very easily, causing falls. All that said, we will stay here again if available. It was clean and well taken care of.
We cannot wait to return to this condo next year! Everything about it was wonderful...the view, of course; the decor, the accommodations, the cleanliness and anything you could possibly need for a beach vacation! The kitchen was well-equipped (although this mama did NOT cook!) and the bathrooms were super clean (my barometer for cleanliness!). We had more than enough room and all the furnishings were very comfortable. We loved the location too. Try the Native Cafe for breakfast and Casino Beach Grille for outstanding Shrimp tacos! Our favorite, however, was The Grand Marlin. We celebrated our anniversary there and were treated to a complimentary yummy dessert! The Blue Wahoos are a must see for any baseball fan. What a gorgeous stadium! Oh and don't forget the Tuesday night Bands on the Beach all summer long. The history at Fort Pickens is also something special to experience. There's so much to see and do in this lovely city besides sitting at the beach. Although that's loads of fun too!
We appreciated the friendly and helpful office staff and maintenance crew. Everyone we encountered was so cheerful! The ONLY minor complaint is that 2 elevators don't seem to be enough for such a large building especially on Saturday.
We can't wait to come back to this beautiful place! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
I would like to say that this was one of my best vacations ever. The condo was in a very convenient location and we had an excellent view of the beach and all the Blue Angels shows. We had a birds eye view of the sound side as well :). The condo was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for the entire week. They even had umbrellas, boogie boards and a couple of beach chairs.
We had a wonderful time! Our family of four, which included a 7 year old and 3 year old, enjoyed every minute of our stay! The view of the ocean is just AMAZING! The pictures don't even do it justice, even better in person! Hearing the waves crash from your balcony - nothing like it. We were even able to see Dolphins swimming early in the morning from our condo! The condo is accommodated with everything you would need to cook meals with. Beds were comfy and plenty of pillow and covers. There were even extra beach towels and beach toys/boogie boards. We brought some of our own, but didn't need to! Elevator was fairly quick so we never waited long when coming and going. The pool is heated to a warm temperature too! Love the quick walk to beach and pool so we could do both each day. The only little hiccup we had was the ice maker stopped working. But it was fixed the same day so all was good. Condo is on the main strip of shopping and restaurants. We even walked across the street to eat breakfast at the Native Cafe - which was delicious! The boardwalk is nearby and there is a beach in back also called Quiet Water beach. It's shallow water, clear and calm for young kids to play in! My kids loved it! You must also try Peg Leg Pete's! Very kid friendly restaurant with a place for kids to play out back! We even heard the band playing when we were there :). But it gets crowded, so go earlier than prime dinner time or lunch time! This was our first time in Pensacola and we will be back!! And the owner, absolutely wonderful to wok with and is quick to get back with you!
We had a great time over Spring Break! The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of run for two adults and two teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There was even beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys. Nice pool, and just steps from the beach. The condo is really close to shopping and restaurants which was a bonus. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach. Great place to drink your morning coffee.
The only issue we had was that they were painting the building when we were there, but it had nothing to do with the condo. It was loud early in the morning, and there were lots of painters around. My teenagers weren't too thrilled with the early mornings.
We would definitely stay here again. You can not beat it for the price!
This setup is TOP NOTHCH! 9th floor was perfect for sightseeing, yet high enough to be removed from pool noise. Mornings with balcony door open and hearing the sea was amazing. The balcony setup is perfect. The condo is EXACTLY as listed. Clean, bright, spacious and well appointed. Kitchen had everything you ever needed to cook any and all meals and we used it daily. King bed was comfy and no complaints from my teen girls on the twin beds- so, THAT should tell you something! Home run on that one! Secure and safe with access codes for all doors and security guard on site (never needed, but nice know he was there). Every fixture and light worked, a/c was nice and cold, bathrooms clean and in good order as was all video equipment. I felt very comfortable letting the kids wonder to the beach and pool while I watched them from the balcony. Every beach toy was available and neatly stored in the laundry room (which was used to do laundry before we departed, so, saved a task when we got home- Major ++. Within a 2 mile radius we had GREAT seafood, burgers, took a dolphin watching tour, went paddle boarding, snorkeled, rented jet skis, enjoyed outdoor music at the plaza and ALMOST parasailed. We could have never left the island, but had to take the short drive to check out the Naval Air station/Blue Angles, tour the haunted light house, tour the forts and tour old downtown Pensacloa. I'll close by saying that 1. I was asked REPEATEDLY if we could stay 1 more day, I was asked REPEATEDLY what time we HAD to check out, I was asked REPEATEDLY, if we could go ahead and book next year before it sells out. This is a great family destination and I could also see it as a wonderful romantic kick-back couples retreat with as much or as little activity as you want to take in. Thumbs up! Thanks Aaron and GulfBlueVacations for and incredible 5 days! Well be back.
9th floor is perfect--low enough for beach view but high enough so you don't hear too much pool or nightlife noise. Great location--walking distance to restaurants & shops. The beds were comfortable and I had what I needed. I must mention some negatives, since I own vacation rental property: Housekeeping did not adequately clean the tile floors, the non-stick pans are no longer non-stick, and the decor needs updating (wall art, bedding, shower curtains). I also suggest subtracting some beach knick-knacks; the baker's rack and nightstands were crowded even before I unpacked. On a positive note, I enjoyed the beach escape with family and friends. I would definitely rent at Emerald Isle again, but maybe from a different mgmt company with a more thorough cleaning crew.
