Why John Carr chose Princeville
Our family first started travelling to the garden island of Kauai more than 10 years ago. After a few years of visiting we decided to pick up and move to the garden island and eventually had a home built on the North Shore of Kauai, in the quaint community of Princeville. The home was designed and built as a vacation rental home so we could share the surroundings with our valued guests.

The owners were fantastic! The house was ideal and the location is perfect. The owners are currently doing updates which will make the house more better.
Excellent family home
This home is perfect for a large family or group. Great location to go exploring from and the neighborhood is nice a quiet. The house was very well stocked with everything you would need. We would definitely recommend this house to our friends and family.

Beautiful home - perfect for larger group
We had a group that was from 4 yo to 76. The home was perfect for us all. The youngest of the group stayed in the bunk bed room while the couples had privacy in their own rooms. It was a great visit!
We loved our stay in this house. It was so nice for my whole family to be able to stay together. The house is equipped with everything we needed, the location is great, close to shopping beaches and hiking. The owner was easy to deal with. Our overall experience was great! We can't wait to go back.
