We love holidaying in the south of France. The facilities around La Napoule are perfect for adults and children, with so much variety. La Napoule is a quieter village on the Riviera, easy to access the buzz of Cannes, easy to get away from that too. The location is close to the beach, golf and on the edge of the Massif de l'Esterel area of breathtaking natural beauty great for walking.

We saw this apartment and decided we just had to have it. It is close to the pool. The secluded terrace is essentially an extra room. The living room is spacious. The decor is attractive, mixing traditional style with modern comforts. It is safe, with security gates and underground parking. We have found that the neighbours who live in and visit the block are also very nice.

Property was fine but could be so much better with a little TLC. Patio tiles were dangerously loose. blind was difficult to operate. kitchen so small no preparation area. Toilet temperamental. Shutters did not work. That said it did the job, location great. good holiday.
I am pleased you had a good holiday, enjoyed our home from home, and thank you for the feedback. We will look into the tile wobble on the terrace. This is a 42m2 plus 25m2 terrace property. It has a large living room and reasonable bedroom. The kitchen is compact not least because it is so well equipped. The blind worked when I was there in August, one needs to pull down to rotate and release to activate the position lock, we will check that as well.
WE CALLED THE POLICE, TERRIBLE MANAGER! !!!
1. The location of the unit is not good because it’s close to the swimming pool and people would make a lot of noise. 2. The location of the building is also not very good because it's next to the golf course and we would here the workers mowing the lawn EVERYDAY!!! There's also a railway line a bit further away which we could here the trains passing by, especially at night. 3. The WORST part about this apartment was the smell which was very unpleasant. It came from the carpark but would travel to the stairs, lifts, and also the hallway and because this apartment is on the ground floor, everytime we opened the door the aweful odour would come inside! 4. The boiler room, i think, was located right next to the unit which we were staying in and every 3 minutes it would make a sound which was unbearable. We could hardly sleep at night! There is also no insulation. We Could hear other toilets being flushed. 5. The manager (Sally) was also rude from the first phone call. She was unpleasant to deal with and also made a few sarcastic remarks. She's obnoxious and arrogant. 6. Lastly the caretaker started arguing & insulting me about my dog and then he grabbed my neck and pushed me towards the wall, which my family then stopped him from attacking me any further, which in the process hurt my sister's arm as well. I then called the police and filed a complaint against him. After this incident the manager called and said we had to vacate the premises!!! She said that it wasn't because of this incident at all, but it was because of the complaints she had received from other tenants about my dog whining. If it was because of that, she would've asked us to leave earlier not right after this incident. She hadn't even listened to our side of the story and listened to the caretaker and tried to throw us out!!! She is so worried about being able to earn a commission from future tenants that if there are any complaints she will try to throw you out. Afterwards she said i have to respect HIM! TERRIBLE MANAGER!

We really enjoyed our time once again staying in this apartment! It is cosy with everything you need. Walking distance to the beach port supermarket and train station. With the pretty town of Mandelieu to explore also close by. Thank you Sally for meeting us and for being there!

A lovely apartment! Great location!
We really enjoyed our stay in this cosy apartment! 20 mins walk to the port and beach and only 5 mins to the supermarket ! The apartment was clean and well appointed and Mike the owner responded quickly to questions leading up to our stay. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends and hope to stay again in the near future!

Our local manager met you at the property and so we are surprised to hear you did not feel welcome. A number of people have rented this apartment a number of times over the years and have said how much they enjoyed it, and indeed how helpful our local manager has been.

Ideally located in a very popular part of the Cote d'Azur on France's Mediterranean coast (15 minutes by car to Cannes and 30 minutes to Nice).
The apartment is situated within a 15 minutes stroll (along a pleasant pine tree lined back road through a golf course) to the marina, beach, village and a range of good restaurants.
A large supermarket is only 5 minutes walk away for those fresh morning croissants.
There are a range of sporting options within 150 meters of the block: one of the South of France's most popular golf clubs, a local tennis club and a golf range. A wide range of other sporting and recreational facilities is also available in the local community.
There are numerous villages and towns to visit, including, Mougins (gourmet cuisine); Grasse (home of perfume); St Paul de Vence (famous for its art galleries) to name but a few. There is also an excellent train service to Cannes/Nice/Monaco for shopping and sight-seeing.
Golf: The historic and popular 'Old Course Cannes-Mandelieu' is only 150 meters from the apartment. It offers daily green fees, has a charming club house with bar / restaurant and boasts two courses. The 18 hole 'Old Course', 5749 meters / par 71, is annual host to the Côte d'Azur's most prestigious meetings and is distinguished by its even topography and multi-centenary Mediterranean Pine. In addition it offers a full 9 hole 'Grand Duc' course, 2118 meters / par 33, also useful when the 18 hole course is reserved for competitions.
