One of the best locations in Breckenridge at an affordable price!!

Top floor condo on Main street right across the street from the Gondola. The 1/2 block walk to the gondola takes about 2 minutes. Ski all the way back on the Skyway Skiway and then you're a short walk across the parking lot to our condo. This is actually less of a walk then some of the ski in/ski out units by peak 9. Also, the free summit stage bus leaves to Keystone and Arapahoe Basin from right across the street at the Transit center. It just isn't more convenient!

It really is one of the best locations in Breckenridge. Just read our guest book list.

You really don't need your car once you arrive. But in case you brought your car we have our own private parking lot with a spot for your car included.

Great views from the unit of the ski area and Main street.

Wake up and watch the sun rise on Peak 8 from your bed.

Eat breakfast, drink your coffee, and when you look out the window and see the gondola moving, get your gear and take the 2 minute walk. If you're into skiing like I am, it just doesn't get better.

Studio with Queen bed and pull out sofa queen sleeper - good for kids. Large LCD TV with Cable TV, DVR to record your favorite programs while you ski, and surround sound stereo to keep you occupied when you're not outside. WIFI-Internet. Excellent cell phone coverage.

Bathroom has a large shower. Full kitchen. Microwave, stove, coffee maker.

Locals favorite breakfast place Daylight Donuts & reputed Blue River Bistro across the street!

Walk to all the shopping and dining from out the door. You won't need your car.

Don't have bikes or skis - no worries - there are at least 4 rental shops within a block of our place.

Why The Owner chose Breckenridge Area

We are active skiers, road and mountain bikers, and outdoor people. This is just the best location for both Downhill skiing along with XC skiing and mountain biking. To top it off there are many great restaurants and shopping right out the door.

What makes this condo unique

Looking out the window from bed to assess mountain conditions. Sitting on my front porch after a great day skiing, biking, or hiking and watching the sun set on the mountain.

Small unit just as pictured. Perfect for single or couple needing quick access to downtown amenities. (Earplugs helpful to reduce late night weekend noise from tavern next door!)

Perfect place for a small group!

Spent a long weekend here with my girlfriend. This place is right on main street meaning you'll never walk more than 10 minutes to get to the bars and restaurants. Perfect size for two and has a nicely remodeled bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location on the Main Street, top floor affording great views and minimising on noise.

The Condo was compact with all the essentials. A little kitch but some people like quirkiness as opposed to the clean hotel look. If in Breckenridge I would certainly return. Also the parking was right outside.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

I stayed here in January, 2016. The condo is exactly as described. You don't need a car, but if have one, parking is on site, so it couldn't be any easier. The Condo was clean and comfortable. It has a large television and the bathroom has been recently redone, so it was very nice. The view is great. The location is fantastic. The grocery is within easy walking distance. It is in downtown Breck, so there are a lot of restaurants close by and the walk to the Gondola is two, maybe three minutes. Don was great to work with. I definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful Summer Weekend, Great Accommodations!

The condo was exactly as described and easily met our needs. It was very comfortable for my wife and I to enjoy our anniversary weekend. The entire downtown Breck happenings is just outside your door. Parking wasn't an issue, noise wasn't an issue (it does overlook the Main St intersection), and you could see the gondola heading up the hill from the condo window to know if it was open or not. The condo is perfect for a couple, might get tight with kids. Nice, clean, and all the amenities we needed. Thanks!

This place was GREAT!

We absolutely loved the studio! The location is ideal and we were able to walk to almost everything in town, especially great was the studio's proximity to the gondola. The owner was wonderful to work with, and very responsive. Beside the studio is a must-try restaurant called The Canteen, we strongly recommend checking it out! We look forward to staying at this studio again!
