Close To Beaches & Rio Real Golf; 3 Terraces; 2 Luxury Bedrooms With En-suites

With beautiful polished marble floors throughout, this generously sized apartment of 132 m2 (plus 58 m2 terraces) was fully refurbished and decorated to a very high standard in late 2013.

The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with large wall-mounted Samsung HD flat screen TV’s. Satellite TV and wifi connections are also provided.

Located on the 1st floor the apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, guest toilet and fully furnished kitchen, laundry room and 3 terraces. The main terrace is facing south west and you can relax in the sun all day long – enjoying the view over the pools within the tropical landscaped subtropical gardens. The bathrooms feature cream marble wash basins and double sized walk-in showers, toilet, and warm infrared lights. The main bathroom also has a luxury sized bath tub.

One of 68 luxurious apartments and penthouses, built in 2006 by a reputable Belgian developer, this small private gated development has video surveillance and is professionally maintained by it’s active community of owners. The development enjoys a landscaped pool with separate shallow children’s area and can easily be compared to one of the nearby 4-5 star hotels. Sun beds and parasols are available around the pool areas. There’s also a smaller pool which is heated over the winter months.

The apartment comes with a private underground parking space with direct access by lift to the front door of the property.

Fully furnished and equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher (all SIEMENS appliances), kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and featuring sileston worktops. In the laundry room is a washing machine/tumble dryer, newly fitted hot water boiler and the A/C units. The kitchen has a small north facing terrace..


Large elegant lounge area with high quality art & designer decoration, wide flat screen TV, dining table with six chairs, separately operated air conditioning (hot & cold). Opens onto the main terrace via sliding doors.


The spectacular main terrace is 58 m2, facing south west - so you can relax in the sun all day long enjoying the view over the pools within the beautiful landscaped subtropical gardens.

Parking Space

Within the secure underground parking facility – entered via remote controlled security gates. A lift is available directly from the car park to the apartment on the 1st Floor.

About Mike Housley

Based in rural Oxfordshire, we bought the property in October 2013 and have completely renovated it throughout. A new air conditioning system was also fitted in March, 2015. Primarily a second home in this beautiful part of the world, we are pleased to share it. Unfortunately we can't be there all year round! Although with the Marbella's micro-climate being so attractive - maybe one day!

Plus there's the shopping for all tastes from the array of small shops in the Old Town to the giant department stores in Marbella and Puerto Banus.

What makes this apartment unique

Our luxury apartment offers the highest standards of accommodation; together with peace and tranquility within our private residents gated community. Yet it's so close to all the amenities and attractions of Marbella. It's also on the East side of Marbella which has some of the best beaches and beach clubs in the area. The small development is set in amazing tropical gardens with a large pool (with children's shallow area) and smaller heated pool. The restaurant and terrace of Rio Real Golf Club with spectacular mountain views is just 5 minutes walk away. Taxis are available within a few minutes or hire a car and use the private underground parking space. Have a great holiday!

We stayed at this apartment for my partners 50th birthday and what a great birthday it turned out to be. Mike and Helen were always on hand to provide invaluable information on the best places to eat and visit. The apartment itself is beautiful, decorated to the highest standard, it's elegant and comfortable and a home from home. I have no hesitation recommending this property, we can not wait to go back! Thanks Mike and Helen for a fantastic and memorable holiday.

Don’t miss Marbella Beach House in nearby Elviria! Famous for their fantastic Sunday lunches which often turn into 6 hour parties on the beach front! With live jazz and soul bands performing all afternoon. Ask for Guy or Ilko!

Within 10 minutes drive there’s also the famous Nikki Beach Club in Elviria, Bonos Beach in Costabella, and La Cabane, just to mention a few good ones. There are also a good variety of restaurants, and chiringuitos alongside the beach.

Marbella centre with its long promenade, beautiful historical old town ‘Casco Antiguo’, and good variety of restaurants and tapas bars is only 3 kilometres away.

Local Beach – Los Monteros

The beautiful sandy beach of Los Monteros is only a short stroll away and you can enjoy long walks along the beach from there.

Shopping in Marbella

Marbella has it all when it comes to shopping. Renowned as the playground of the rich and famous, you’d expect to find an unusually high number of designer clothes and jewellery shops. But it also has several large shopping complexes, as well as hypermarkets, specialty food shops, accessory shops, interior décor & gift stores.

La Cañada is one of the biggest shopping malls in the area and is only a 5 min drive away. La Cañada has a huge hypermarket and plenty of shops and retailers.

Around 20 minutes away from the apartment is the glitzy international yacht harbour of Puerto Banus with its array of designer shops and restaurants.

“El Rosario” can be reached 2 exits away from Rio Real. It offers a supermarket and German bakery and a shop with international newspapers. There are also some good restaurants and a tennis club, El Casco.
