4 Bedroom Property Sleeping 7 With Wifi and Garage Parking.

Edendor is a striking semi detached house with garage parking and electric car charge point. The property is located just a two minute walk from the heart of Looe and the beach and has easy access to shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and the bustling harbour. The property has been beautifully decorated and has a modern, clean look whilst retaining all of the wonderful character and charm of the building.

On entering Edendor there is a spacious hallway which provides access to the lounge. This is a beautiful room with a large bay window and window seat, there is ample comfortable seating for five, TV with DVD player and iPod docking station. There is a door from the lounge leading out on the small balcony which gets the sun in the afternoon and evening. Also accessed from the hallway is the kitchen diner, packed full of character with a beamed ceiling, Belfast sink and gas oven and hob set in to an alcove.

A flight of stone steps from the back door of the property leads to a small enclosed rear courtyard with garden furniture.

Upstairs is the master bedroom, an attractive room with double bed, wall mounted TV, built in wardrobes and dressing table. There is also a second, bright twin bedroom and a third bedroom with a single bed. The spacious, modern family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cubicle with mixer shower, plus wc and wash hand basin. From the double and twin bedrooms there are views of the river over the roof tops. Upstairs is the newly converted loft bedroom which is arranged with 2 single futons and has an en-suite shower room.

Edendor is the perfect base for a family holiday being spacious, well equipped and offering stylish accommodation. It has lots of character, all mod cons including wifi and parking and is within a stones throw of the beach, town and harbour of ancient Looe.

Garage accessed via electric door. Please note the access by car from the road is very narrow and therefore not suitable for low suspension sports cars as they may ground out.

Small balcony at the front of the property and small enclosed courtyard to the rear, both with garden furniture.

The town of Looe with harbour, beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants is only a mile away with the picturesque old port of Polperro about 8 miles distant. Swimming, sea, river & lake fishing, boating, water sports, riding, golf, tennis, bowls, coastal walks, etc., are all readily available. Two local beaches can be reached on foot in five minutes. Looe is a busy fishing port. The Eden Project & the city of Plymouth are just over half an hour away with the north coast - Padstow, Rock, etc., reachable in about an hour.
