Fabulous Apartment For 2 With Fantastic Sea Views, Balcony, Parking and Wifi

Plaidy is a stunning ground floor one bedroom apartment with a private balcony overlooking Looe Bay, harbour mouth, beach and river. On entering the property the hallway leads to the lounge kitchen diner which has fully opening glass doors leading to the balcony. The kitchen area has white, high gloss units and timber style worktops and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances throughout. The lounge has comfortable leather sofas, a 32' flat screen TV with DVD and CD player and surround sound with additional speakers in the bathroom.

The real feature of this apartment is the private balcony with tinted glass panels from which the panoramic views of Looe Bay are breathtaking. Whether you choose to sit out here or enjoy the views from the dining area with the doors fully open you will not be disappointed.

The bedroom has a king size double bed and spacious ensuite bathroom with bath and electric shower over. There is efficient gas central heating which ensures Plaidy is a comfortable place to holiday at any time of the year.

This apartment really is a little gem and is available for short breaks in addition to full weeks.

Great location and a really relaxing stay

Plaidy is a very comfortable and well equipped apartment. We found it very clean and everything we wanted for a week's stay was there, excluding food of course. The access into the property is quite demanding, lots of steps, so you need to be quite fit, but it is well worth the effort. Parking in Looe is at a premium so you are very lucky with Plaidy to have allocated parking. The space and manoeuvring room, however, is very tight. I have an E-Class Mercedes and I found getting in and out tricky at times, particularly if the adjacent space parking is not well managed. All that said, we had a fantastic week and thank the owners of Plaidy apartment for giving us the opportunity to share what the property and location have to offer.
