Two Bedroom Flat Over Viewing Glasgow Green. Close to Commonwealth Games Venues

The flat has 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds. The double bed can be changed for another 2 single beds to sleep 4 . All bedding and towels are included in the price. Beds are made up with duvets. Bath and hand towels provided and there is a hair dryer. There is a fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, dishwashing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer electric cooker and toaster. The flat has free wireless broadband connection. There is free parking in bays to front and rear and secure access to the building. We include a free welcome breakfast pack with your choice of brown or white bread and a free bottle of wine to help you relax on your first night. Choice of red or white. There are also four bottles of beers and bottled water included. Complimentary tea and coffee. Suitable for both families and business visitors, our self catering accommodation is perfect for your stay in Glasgow. Children welcome. Cot and high chair available. No pets, no smoking and no parties. The bathroom has the option of a walk in shower or for those relaxing nights after a long day viewing all of Glasgows sites take a bath. The flat is within a short walking distance to both Glasgow City Centre and the Merchant City area, with various restaurants and bars to choose from. There is a bus stop within 200 metres, a railway station within 400 metres, and the River Clyde walkway is within 50 metres. There is also a supermarket and a swimming pool within one mile. The flat is ideally located to all major sporting attractions within Glasgow that were used for the Commonwealth games

Clean, quiet, and convenient!

Two thumbs up (or eight if you count my wife and two daughters!) because this apartment hits our three requirements: clean, quiet, and convenient. It's extremely clean. You don't get any road noise and rarely hear the neighbors. It's a 15-20 minute lovely walk into the center of Glasgow. Take advantage of the great paths through the park that's right across the street. Great running area. We also appreciated the owner meeting us when we arrived at 10:00 PM. Great instructions on appliances, where to get food, maps, etc. She even had breakfast goodies for us!

Well appointed, comfortable flat in great location

This property was centrally located in the quiet outskirts of the city centre with a very pleasant outlook over The Green by the River Clyde. Small shops were at the end of road and larger supermarkets within 5 minutes drive. We walked to the city centre taking about 20 minutes. The flat was spotless, and well maintained and had everything you could possibly need. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner's son who showed us the property making us feel very welcome, offering local advice on where to go and what to see. As a part of the written information, there was a variety of maps showing different venues in relation to the location of the flat. Very useful! Will definitely recommend this comfortable, well positioned flat.

Modern, comfortable, easy to reach

3 of us (sisters) stayed in this lovely, well maintained apartment for 3 nights. Everything you could want was available. Very comfortable beds (and I am fussy!) and plenty of wardrobe space. The owner was very accommodating with all our arrangements, with a welcoming bottle of wine, milk and bread. We found it easy to taxi into the centre (£7) and the local taxis were very reliable. I've already told friends about the apartment, and would recommend it to anyone. It was also just 5 minutes from the motorway exit, and with spacious car parking, it was perfect for our needs.

it's not a no smoking flat

the flat is rather nice, it is quite comfortable although it needs some little repair works in something. But the horrible thing is that there is a strong smell of cigarette, especially in the master bedroom and in the entrance. The mattresses in the second bedroom are not good, you can feel the springs. Milk for breakfast was expired from 2 months.
