Amazing relaxing feel the minute we step in the door. Sitting by the balcony and watching the world go by. Walking out of the door and into Kemptown village for provisions, or walking down to the seafront for a picnic with a bottle of wine. It's perfect!

Perfect apartment and location for a Brighton break

Stayed here mid August 2016 with 3 other friends for 3 nights. The apartment is right by the waterfront, walking distance into town and to the pier. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you may need. It's a good size, did not feel crowded at all with 4 of us in there. Laura and Paul were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries I had before and during our stay.

It was my first time in Brighton and hope it's not my last! There are an endless amount of vintage shops and cafes to visit. One of my friends is vegan and usually struggles to find places to eat but there was unlimited choice for her in Brighton! The pavilion building and gardens are also beautiful. We went up the new British airways i360, a bit like the London eye where it's good to do once but probably wouldn't bother again. The highlight of the trip was hireing bikes, located on the beach front by the pier, and cycling down to the marina and past that there's a great cycle route all along the coast, away from the hustle of Brighton centre, with fantastic views. I would recommend venturing out that way if you had time. Other than that we did all the usual seaside touristy things, go down to the pier, have fish and chips on the beach etc.

Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Brighton. Would happily stay again!

Bijou apartment in buzzing environs..

Very appealing apartment within walking distance of all of Brighton's attractions. There were four of us, including our twin fifteen year old daughters, so it was a bit of a squeeze with a need to use the sofa bed in the lounge for the girls. We knew this was the case when we booked but chose the apartment because of it's 'walking distance' attraction. Would ideally suit a couple. Fantastic instructions in write ups and good communication and contact from owners. We loved our few 'hectic days' and enjoyed the buzz of Kemptown.......if you are a light sleeper prepare yourself you need to 'love' the sound of seagulls...all night long. Accepting that applies to all of Brighton and surrounds. Finding parking spaces in Zone H was a challenge, but very worthy taking up the offer of parking permits. Just remember to move your car after 11 hours otherwise regardless of permits you still get fined! We had a great time....enjoying local pub, cafes and takeaways. Confirmed my thinking....Brighton is for the young.....at heart !

Beautiful presentation and comfortable for all our needs

My girlfriend and I stay at Paul & Laura's apartment last weekend and what a delight it was. Wonderfully presented, with so much character and cute little touches that made our stay all the more special. Located a road or so back from the sea the place is close to all the best bits of Brighton, perfect for adventuring into the lanes, or getting distracted by the shabby chic, vintage wares and genuine feeling of community in Kemptown. From arriva to departure staying here was easy. We would definitely stay again! :)

Beautiful tastefully decorated and well equipped Flat. Spotlessly clean .Central location near shops bars and restaurants a 15/20 min walk to the pier and lanes . Good quality comfortable furniture really cosy bed and great shower . Felt really at home and we're wishing we could have stayed longer .would have no hesitation in recommending this property . Thank you
