Our beautiful 3 bedroom newly renovated home in the village of Blonay-4km from Montreux/Vevey.
The fantastic ground floor is open plan with kitchen/dining/living room area with open fire place leading to an outdoor terrace and child friendly garden with lots of areas to explore including a 14ft Trampoline. Glorious view of the Alps & Lake Geneva can be enjoyed from this space.
An excellent finish throughout, the house is on 3 levels with a master bedroom (Super Kingsize) and 2 twin bedrooms.
his is a fantastic family house which is child and infant friendly and in an excellent location. The region has an enormous amount to offer year round. In the winter, you have skiing on the door step with Les Pleiades a short train journey away ( or 15 mins by car). We are also located 35 minutes from the world renowned resort of Villars and 60 mins to Verbier. We have sleds and other snow equipment, especially for children, available to borrow on request. In the spring and summer, the vineyards, on the door step can be explored and you can walk right down to the lake in Montreaux, the location of the famous Jazz festival or the historic town of Vevey. The house is large and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and many relaxing spaces for the family to enjoy. The kids room has toys and books to keep the children entertained.
Access to the full house, including main entrance and laundry room.
There is NO access to the garage and storage room on the bottom floor and the attic.
Our house will be managed by our wonderful co-host Lina who will be available should you have any concerns or questions. We will leave instructions and information so that you can fully enjoy the house and the magnificent surrounding area.
Bus stop (207 ) is directly next to the house. The bus can either take you to Blonay (4 mins), Vevey (20 mins) or with another change to Montreux (30 mins).
You can also walk to Blonay or Chateau-de-Blonay train stations in under 15 mins. The walk is glorious with a view of the alps, the lake and the Lavaux vineyards - keep your eyes open for the field with the two grazing lamas!
