The establishment:
The Residence The Catalonia *** welcomes you in an exceptional setting, in the heart of the Font Romeu resort, at 1800m altitude.

The residence is facing south allowing you to fully enjoy the 3000 hours of sunshine a year of the resort.



The residence is ideally located for a successful stay in the mountains: just 200m from a gondola and close to the entertainment and shops of Font Romeu.



It consists of apartments of great comfort between 16m ² and 109m ² with balcony (except on the 5th floor), they are entirely & nbsp; equipped and are facing south with a view of the Pyrenees (except for the studio, forest view).

On arrival, the beds are made and a welcome maintenance kit will be offered.



5 minutes from the residence, you can enjoy the entertainment on the resort and your children can have fun on the playground.

Housing :
3 rooms apartment of 71m² for 5 to 7 people, offering a superb view of the Pyrenees and South North facing, composed of a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, a ski cellar and a balcony.

Equipment :
The apartment includes a kitchen with a ceramic hob (or electric hob), a fridge, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and a coffee maker. washing machine, a tumble dryer as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils for 7 people.

A television is also available in the living room.

Towels are rented.
