Perfect secluded get away place
This was my second time to stay at this property and its perfect. It is nice to wake up and not be compelled to check email, texts, facebook, and other social media as there is no cell or wifi service.
Awesome Getaway Gem of a Find
Loved the communication process, ease of booking with flexible cancellation if needed, location of this private hideaway cabin, cleanliness, well stocked with everything from linens to toiletries, and the ease of checking in and out was wonderful. The cabin was even more than I could have hoped for (lots of space). The creek nearby, the woods, the Hiwassee River, the Cherokee National Forest all right there. My husband and his friend loved trout fishing, fly and on the bank. And they loved the sports channels, too! We will be back!
Exactly what I was looking for
This place was perfect for us. A nice cabin in the woods with the sound of a babbling creek with only a short walk to the rafting outfitter. I have already booked my next trip.
Great for a weekend fishing trip!
We had a great time at the cabin! Just a note to future guests - there is no wifi or cell service for this area. Make sure you plan for this!
We love this place!
Second time here with the family. This place is an absolute gem. If you want to get away from it all (as in, zero connection to the, so called, civilised world) this is the place. No texts, no emails, no phone calls. Just peace, a quiet creek, a beautiful river, and friendly people with delicious southern charm.
We have stayed in this cabin several times now. Perfect getaway with beautiful surroundings. We will be back.
Reliance is in the Cherokee National Forest. The area has world class rafting at the Ocoee and world class fly fishing on the Hiwassee River (where cabin is located), and Telico River. There is a winery about twenty minutes away, and a scenic drive on the Cherohala parkway, great for site seeing in the fall and taking motorcycle trips year around. The woods are thick, rivers are wide, and the roads are curvy, just what you're looking for...
Other Activities: Rafting.
