very private and very close to central Caleta. Located beside the seafront with sea views, the houses have 2 or 3 bedrooms,depending on requirements(1 en-suite), 2 bathrooms, two private balconies and a private spacious patio for sunbathing, barbecues and chilling out. There is a magnificent swimming pool, kept in pristine condition. This is the most modern best located development in Fuerteventura and the clients are very anxious to return to its charm, tranquillity and location and of course the quality of local restaurants cuisine and beach. Caleta is only 5 miles to air port it has 2 golf courses 1 mile away is a mecca for surfing sailing and fishing. Fan air conditioning is available 1n all rooms. The apartments are kept in pristine condition and clients want to return again and again.

Why Owen Mangan chose Castillo Caleta de Fuste

I holidayed in Canaries a few times with my late wife and I found Fuerteventura very accessible, very friendly, never crowded, by far the cheapest of the 5 Islands, and Ryan air fly there from Ireland and my villa is only 4 miles from airport.

What makes this house unique

Caleta is a lovely town with a beautiful beach,has a fine selection of good restaurants good pubs with high class live night entertainment. It is ideal for young families and mature couples and even I, a widower, never gets bored there.There are 2 high class golf courses one km away, great fishing and water ports to satisfy all water enthusiasts, and it is on the ocean front. A free hourly bus takes you to all local amenities and to golf courses and a fabulous beach, Atlantico, which is a recently man made beach and is very popular.

Beautiful spacious well equipped property

We have had an enjoyable family of 4 adult holiday.

Plenty of space, all that we needed within house.

Great private terrace with BBQ of which we had 3, equipped with sunbeds and table and chairs.

Excellently situated for the town and restaurants...lovely seafront walk to the harbour within 15/20 mins...where you can jet ski, swim with sea lions, fishing trips, fly board, dolphin boat tour, pirate ship etc.

Supermarkets close by.

Short walk to see front where chipmunks await their peanuts.

Salinas and Elba golf courses within a €5/6 taxi ride away.

Spacious apartment in a lovely quiet complex.

This is a lovely sized apartment that would comfortably accommodate 6 adults or a large family. It boasts a large private terrace and is located far enough away from the centre of town to be quiet but still close enough for all amenities within easy reach. A few lovely local cafes, bars and restaurants very close by, including The Pickled Palm which was recommended and did not disappoint.

Pros:

Spacious accommodation over 3 floors.

Washing machine and iron meaning you can easily have a week's stay using just hand luggage.

Quiet complex that is kept impeccably clean and tidy.

WIFI and TV supplied (although only British terrestrial channels available and signal very sporadic)

Cons:

Described as having air con but this does not work.

A couple of fans are provided however one has loose wiring and no front guard with exposed blades which is dangerous for children.

We also found the mattresses very hard (although I know this is down to personal preference)

In all this was a very reasonably priced accommodation and can recommend for families or larger groups holidaying on a budget.

Loved the location and the house as a whole...however a few little things require to be attended to

I paid for a three bedroom house...when arrived found third one had been closed off and advert advertises a two bedroom at reduced rates...emailed owner with concerns still waiting on a reply to this

Excellent apartment

Everything you could wish for in a relaxing family holiday we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking the apartment again in the future. The complex is nice and quiet with everything within a short walking distance away.

Vacaciones perfectas.

El apartamento es perfecto tiene todo lo necesario,esta limpio,tiene mucho espacio, la terraza es espectacular, la ubicacion es perfecta para recorrer la isla, lo unico que se puede decir que la barbacoa está un poco estropeada pero por lo general todo perfecto, seguro que volveremos, nos ha gustado mucho.
