Three-bedroom apartment (for up to 6 people) for families and/or friends in the north of Majorca. The kitchen and the living room are very spacious. Ideally situated, just 2 minutes away from the beach and a few steps away from the Port de Pollença centre, where you will find many shops and restaurants.

The apartment is in Port de Pollença, in the north of Majorca, an excellent location for those who love hiking and cycling from where you can start many routes. There is a private garage to store the bikes.

Excellent, well equipped, great for cyclists and families.

My family stay at this apartment was my second this year, the first time was with a group of cyclists. Both times, we've found the apartment clean, spacious and well equipped.

It's close to the beach and all of the restaurants, and on street parking isn't an issue for those hiring a car. There's a convenience store two doors down so buying essentials was easy.

Communication with the owners was excellent, and they were happy to wait when we arrived at the apartment after a late flight. Proving a storage area for hired bikes was also really helpful.

We'll certainly be back. Highly recommended.

Large apartment perfect location

All communications with the owner were responded to very quickly and efficiently. We were met at the apartment on time and everything was clean and tidy.

The location of the apartment is perfect, as both the beach and town centre are only a few minutes away. The apartment is very large and there is enough room for three couples or a large family. We had no issues while staying at the apartment and we even found the standard English TV channels were available on the satellite box.

The resort itself is perfect for families and couples, with a very safe beach and plenty of restaurant choices.

I would return to the apartment, the resort and I would recommend both to friends and family.

apartment in the Port..

We enjoyed staying here as it was comfortable and located in the Port which is where we wanted to be.As it was on the second floor there was a walk up which was fine for us.All furnishings and fittings were as described and although we did very little cooking(,my daughter lives a walk away),everything was set up for catering for a family.Parking was on street and we found no problems there.There is a Spar shop a few meters along the pavement on the corner where most foodstuffs are available,plus a good selection of other grocery type shops nearby.

I have to say that if someone was looking for peace and quiet=-we were not=this is not the place for them.We found our balcony views fascinating and knew ther would be street noise because we stayed in the area last year.We ate at various local establishments,El Pozzo,Iru,El Peubla(? ) al Fresco Deli and also in Bunyola and Soller plus the Bar at Cala Sant VIncenc.We enjoy walking and we had some good walks around the area,the Port,over the col to Cala Sant Vincenc,around Pollenca and on the back roads to Pollenca.We visited Albufera and La Gola as we are keen wild life watchers.We did not have time to go everywhere because we unfortunately caught colds during our stay which laid us low for a few days.

All in all we would recommend a stay in this apartment.

First class apartment

We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights in sept ,and all I can say its first class every think you need For a fantastic holiday ,Martina was the best and so helpful we will defo be going back in the near future .

Great Apartment very close to the beach

This is a beautiful apartment, very close to the beach and central to Peurto Polenca's main restaurants, bars and shops. Peurto Polenca is a beautiful resort for families, it has fantastic beaches and the lovely Pine Walk with many places to eat.

There is no need for a car as everything is nearby and the bus station is just a short walk away. We were able to get a bus to Polenca old town, Alcudia and the water park and fares were less than €2.

The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. We were extremely happy with the apartment and hope to return next year.

Martina was a great host and we had excellent communication prior to our arrival. Martina was very helpful with all our queries.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

This fantastic home is located in the second line of Puerto Pollensa, a tourist village located in the north of Mallorca will enjoy a quiet and sunny holiday.

From this second floor you can enjoy fantastic views of the mountains of Pollença and only takes you less than 2 minutes walking to swim at the sea.

The beach, the mountains, the proximity to the people and stop coaches, the proximity to the beach of Formentor, the market ... are some of the characteristics of the place where you can spend the upcoming holiday.
