We are a family of 4 from the Northeast. We are huge Disney fans.
Steve purchased this Townhome in 2006

Great condo conveniently located to Disney Parks
This unit was perfect for our needs. Full kitchen, laundry, & kids each had their own bedrooms. Animal Kingdom is just a short hop skip and a jump away. The resort pools were very nice and the kids enjoyed going for a swim after a long day at the parks. We have annual passes to Disney through next March so we will be back! Thanks for being part of our great Spring Break Vacation!
My family and I loved this house! It’s conveniently located to Disney, restaurants, and other shopping locations. The house was clean & just as described. Steve was always very responsive to my messages as well. We will be looking to staying at this location again for our fall trip!
Super impressed. The townhome was very clean & well kept. We had absolutely no problems at all. I would definitely stay here again!
Excellent accommodations, everything you need and more, laundry fabulous, easy to Disney !
The property is well kept and secure nice and quiet but close to everything. Will try to stay there again!
You get what you pay for
Let me just start off by saying that the owner was very nice and took care of everything that needed to be taken care of as best as he could. With that being said, you get what you pay for with this place. The place was decent. Smelled "ok" upon walking in the door. The carpets leading upstairs and the carpets in the rooms were pretty dirty. Our feet were black from walking barefoot the first day so I wore shoes in the house the rest of our stay. Also, not even 5 minutes after checking in, a pest control guy knocked on the door to spray the house because there were bugs in the kitchen and the bedroom (i have pictures and videos). I turned him away because 1, i dont want chemicals around my 3 year old and my pregnant wife and 2, this is something that should've been taken care of before we arrived. I called to complain and the manager of the property, Philip, told me it's something that all florida houses have. He never once said that he apologizes for the inconvenience. He pretty much told me to just deal with it. Oh, and when I asked his name and how to spell it, he says "well, there's only one way to spell it". He's not really the best people person to say the least. Thanks Philip! (hope I spelled it right). The owner contacted me right after I got off the phone with the manager and told me the same thing but at least he apologized for the inconvenience. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi wasn't working the whole trip. It was in and out of service everyday. I was sent instructions on how to re-boot it which I had to do several times and it still didn't work. In conclusion, if you want a cheap place to stay and don't mind dealing with rude managers, bugs and a dirty house, I recommend this place to you. We'll spend the extra money to stay somewhere else. Thanks for reading.....
