The villa is located in a closed compound of villas in San Felice Circeo 110 km south of Rome. It is ideal to enjoy the seaside and relax in a peaceful environment without traffic and other noise. Particularly suitable for families with children, who can play and bike safely on the roads of the compound and go to the beach.
The villa consists of the main building (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, completely renovated kitchen) and a double bedroom with a bathroom in the backyard. A cradle and a cot are available for families with a small child. The living room and the bedrooms have each an air conditioner. There are tables, chairs, sunbeds and a hot water shower in the garden.
The building is surrounded by a spacious garden and has easy access (60 m) to the private beach of the compound with a small restaurant and a sailing school. Two tennis courts are in close proximity. In the summer, the area is guarded 24 hours a day.
Small groceries and restaurants are at a walking distance in Via di Terracina. The center of Circeo (pop. 8,300) can be reached by bicycle. The Old Town full of restaurants and shops is on the hillside overlooking the Bay of Terracina. On Tuesdays, food can also be bought at an open-air market.
Circeo can be used to explore this part of Italy. The Abbey of Fossanova and its restaurant Il Forno del Procoio are definitely worth visiting. If you like to go to the idyllic Island of Ponza and its archipelago, daily cruises are available from Circeo and Terracina. The train to the Rome Central Station from Priverno-Fossanova (free parking) takes one hour. The distance to Napoli and Pompeii along the scenic coastal road is 145 km. Napoli can also be reached by train from Priverno-Fossanova.
The rental rates do not include the electricity, which is charged on consumption (1 KW = €0,50).
