3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms With a Sea View

This house is situated on the beautiful nature island of Belle Isle in Brittany, France and can be described as rustic, authentic and characteristic. It is a simple but fully functional house, which is highly suitable for two families or one large family, who want to escape the modern world of mirrors and marble, but would like to enjoy all the facilities of the island. It has a stone floor and an open-hearth fire where our guests can find rest and peace while enjoying the stunning and unique view from the terrace.

The house is approx, 160 m2 on 2 floors, and we calculated the the living space (lounge and the kitchen) to be approx 45 m2.

Downstairs: Lounge, Toilet & bathroom (with bath), Double

bedroom, kitchen and the garage room/ kitchen

Upstairs: 3 twin bedrooms (one more suitable for younger

children), toilet and separate bathroom with a shower.

A baby cot is also available and there is a security gate for small children and dogs (at the top and the bottom of the wooden stairs).

Ein wunderschönes Haus auf einer wunderschönen Insel!

Alles super sauber, bestens ausgestattet, viel Charme und Atmosphäre,

der Kontakt mit den Besitzern excellent und sehr sympathisch.

Und das Schönste - der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer, von morgens bis abends unser Lieblingsplatz (wir hatten allerdings auch bestes Wetter!!!)

Dies ist kein steriles Ferienhaus, sondern ein echtes Familiendomizil, mit alten und neuen Büchern, Spielen und vielem mehr.

Ein Auto sollte man haben, um Geschäfte und den Rest dieser traumhaften Insel zu erreichen.

Internet gibt es zur Zeit nicht im Haus, das sollte man wissen (war für uns kein Problem), aber die Besitzer arbeiten daran, dass es installiert wird.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, sind wenig Essen gegangen, da der schönste Platz immer unsere Terrasse, der Grill und die sehr gemütliche Küche waren.

Alles in allem - das richtige Haus für Paare, Familien, Freunde, die Ruhe, Natur,

Meer und eine schöne Umgebung suchen. Und das Meer liegt quasi .vor der Haustür.

On arrival turn left up the hill, through the 2 tunnels and follow signs to Locmaria. At the bottom of a steep hill turn left and then drive straight for 200m. Kerloon is the first house on the right on a very small road. This is 2 km from Le Palais.
