Welcome in this old house of stone fisherman, typical Norman 1 km from the sea.
It is nestled in the heart of a hamlet in the village of Blainville-sur-Mer, next to Agon.
Formerly the Sea arrived almost at the foot of the house. Now it takes 15 minutes walk to the beach. You will like have lunch feet in the sand like the world's end in one of two picturesque coffee shops (summer concerts).
The village is accessible within 10 minutes walk there to buy bread with a small market once a week.
You will appreciate the beautiful walled garden, with the lawn and its corners planted with beautiful massifs. Ideal for parties of hide and seek enpants. And the terrace on the south, to take breakfast or meal in the sun.
The house sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms upstairs.
The kitchen overlooks a bright backyard where one can dry clothes outdoors.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven, a coffee maker and a toaster. All crockery and kitchen utensils are on site.
The house is furnished to be warm: in the living room with a large sofa, cushions and throws.
The children will find something to play and adults something to read.
The house is still occupied by the family which is the second generation to live.
