Modern and Airy

We were greeted by Ramesh who gave us a full run down of property and facilities, gave us info on good places to eat. The accommodation was Modern and Airy. Ideal location for walking to the various shopping arcades, the famous Dunes and only 40 minutes walk from the apartment across the Dunes to the lighthouse. Could of done with a couple of extra pillows on beds and couple of spare blankets in singles bedroom but that was only minor issue. The Gemini bar below had live singer every night but wasn't too distracting. Overall thoroughly enjoyed. Ramesh was an amazing host and was contactable at any point during our stay if we had any problems. Thank you Ramesh for your hospitality, Tge McIntosh Family

Well equipped apartment with sea views from balcony

Did enjoy our time in this well equipped and well maintained apartment. Ample room for two couples or a family. Balcony west facing overlooks the well maintained garden and pool area. Supermarkets are close by and Poncho restaurant at roundabout .Bus stops for Las Palmas and Maspalomas nearby. Access to beach a 5 minute walk away. We had a great time here . Thank you Ramesh for all your help

Hey!

We spend very nice time in this apartment. Everything was as was promised. Its good position if you want go to the beach. When we arrived Ramesh (owner) was waiting for us even we get there 1 hour earlier. My family liked much this place. Children age 4 and 8. Internet works well.

Other bedroom was little bit noisy at the nighttime 11-03, because the karaoke restaurant.

I recommend this place for everyone who are going to Playa del Ingles.

We spend a very good holiday in your home Ramesh, Thank you very much!

Nice, clean and well placed

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment very much. Nice wiev from the balcony. The pool and the garden was so fine and clean. We like Maspalomas very much, especially because of the dessert, also because of not so many steps. Supermarkets and shops just around the corner. There was everything you need in the apartment. If we come back, we will not hesitate booking this apartment again.

Im großen und ganzen war es OK

Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Lärmbelästigung durch den Verkehr ist im "kleinen Schlafzimmer" ziemlich heftig. Wenn am frühen Morgen die LKW's vorbeifahren hat man das Gefühl er fährt direkt am Bett vorbei. Doppelverglaste Fenster würden hier Abhilfe schaffen. Die Matratzen hinterlassen einen guten Eindruck.

Der Esstisch ist eine ziemlich wackelige Angelegenheit, der Tisch sollte an der Wand befestigt werden. Ein Sichtschutz auf dem Balkon wäre sehr angenehm. Der TV und WLAN haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Poolbereich inkl. Garten ist sehr gepflegt.

Great flat in a nice surrounding and close to the beach

We stayed in the apartment for 11 days with 4 people and were overall very happy with our choice. A 10 min walk to the beach, a lot of nice restaurants and smaller shops in the surrounding and only a 5 min drive with the taxi to Playa del Inglés Promenade (3€).

The apartment is fully equipped with all you need during your stay and the WiFi was also very fast. The landlord was also very nice and always helpful and reachable for any questions.

Highly recommended and I would book the apartment again for a second trip to gran Canaria!
