Modern and elegant, fully renovated, it offers a large kitchen fully equipped with every appliances, including ovens and a dish washer, three comfortable bedrooms with twin or double beds, two balconies, an air conditioned and large living room, a bathroom with a shower and a bidet and a washing machine. It’s at the third floor of a building equipped with an elevator. The apartment is equipped with a modern safety door and a video entry phone; the building is protected by video-surveillance.


Everything you need is in the closest area: restaurants, shops, groceries, ATM, pharmacies, public transport. The apartment has been accurately organised either for a short or average length staying. The apartment is a few hundred meters away from the strolls along the Naviglio Grande and Naviglio Pavese. The area is attractive during the day for its urban and architectural setting, as well as particularly lively at night thanks to the numerous restaurants, bars and pubs located nearby.

A 3 minutes walk allows you to reach the Park of the Basiliche, a green area in the city centre where relaxing on your own or with your family. From here, you can visit the ancient Basilicas of Sant'Eustorgio and San Lorenzo with its Roman Columns. 

Slightly further, 950mt away, only 10-minute by walk, you can find the historical city centre, the Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Teatro alla Scala - the temple of the lirica - and also commercial streets such as via Torino, via Manzoni, via Dante. Just beyond, you can walk down to the world-famous via Montenapoleone and via della Spiga, the heart of Milan's fashion district.

Great apartment

The apartment is huge and very much suited for rentals. Its modern and functional for staying 5-6 guests. The large balcony makes it possible to sit outside for breakfast etc. which is nice when you stay in middle of the city. The location is good with most attraktions in walking distance. We would definitely love to come back.

Excellent and very well appointed apartment within easy access of all Milan has to offer..Alessandro was very hospitable..made us feel welcome..supermarket/restaurants ect..all within easy reach..Balcony overlooks a main street that is great for watching the locals go about their daily life's..but very peaceful during the night..Would not hesitate in returning..Cheers Debbie& Neil Murray 👍

Brilliant location, very clean,spacious and modern apartment. Ideal in every way.

We stayed for 4 nights and this apartment was perfect in so many ways. The owner, Alessandro, is extremely helpful. He emailed many times to explain the best way to get to apartment from airport. Where to eat, shop and travel for days out. The location is great for walking to many restaurants and bars by the canal also for traveling into the centre of Milan. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is clean, modern and very safe as there are 3 different security doors you pass through. We enjoyed our visit it Milan and would definitely return to this apartment.

Beautiful apartment in great location

My husband, 2 young daughters, and I had a lovely stay at this apartment. It is in walking distance to all your public transport needs as well as some great tourist spots - without being in a tourist spot. The apartment was clean, safe, quiet and well kept. I highly recommend this place for families or a group of friends.

Very good facilities, & well located for visiting Milan

This modern, spacious and well equipped apartment was well located for visiting the canal area and city centre. Alessandro has tried to think of everything : not having to worry about the basics like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, etc does make the stay easier.

The fan in the main bedroom wasn't working properly but as soon as we let Alessandro know he was round to fix it.

We visited at the hottest time of the year and temperatures also seemed to be a bit above average so the AC in the lounge was a bonus.

If we were to return to Milan we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful apartment - fabulous stay

my husband , teenage daughter and myself stayed at the apartment at the end of June. We were very impressed with the standard of the fixtures and fittings , comfort and size. Pictures are a very accurate portrayal. Communication and advice with Alessandro was easy and swift and although we did not have the pleasure of meeting him he ensured that we were met promptly and organised for us to store our luggage on our departure day until mid afternoon which was very welcome. The weather was very hot during our stay but we felt that the air conditioning in the sitting area did sufficiently cool the bedrooms with the addition of the ceiling fans. WIFI worked well which is important to us and it was lovely to have an open space on the balcony, where we had our breakfast every morning. The kitchen was fully equipped and to have some starter items such as milk, tea and snacks was a bonus. The apartment is in a residential area and whilst there is some noise at night it did not bother us and can only be expected in a city location. You can walk to the main attractions which we tended to do and often got a taxi back which we did not find particularly expensive, although we did get the bus one day which was also easy. Would certainly recommend.
